Kids are the ones that pretty much decide their own journey of what job they want to be like I’m great at drawing and my mom thinks I should be an author and illustrator and my grandma thinks I should be both of those things and an animator because of my drawing skills

The programs and the services should be for everyone not just for the special needs people because thats wrong
I agree with you, on the other hand people who have special needs aren't given a fair chance a lot of the time to land a job, people who don't have special needs are more likely to get a job faster because there's still a lot of assumptions about people with special needs unfortunately. That's why in a way they just make these services specifically designed for people with special needs because that way they get a fair chance at gaining experience and land a job. They needs it the most because a lot of the time employers just want people who are perfect so to speak to take them for the job when those with special needs also deserve the same fair chance as well and it's a lot easier for a people who doesn't have special needs to get a job compared to those who have special needs through no fault of their own unfortunately.
The reason why these jobs are only for special needs students , is because there are not very many opportunities for them, especially after high school. A lot of these students work very hard in high school, but don't get to use their skills. That is why the students in the video are very happy and grateful for their jobs. In the video they are only highlighting the jobs that theses students do, so it may appear that they are the only ones working, but on a daily basis everyone works together to achieve a goal. This is very rare to see.
Exactly, it will seem like degrading work otherwise.
Everyone needs the helpe not just them.
