Erstmal danke für das Video mit der genauen Erklärung. Habe eine Milano + dem Fußpedal und verstehe die Leute nicht die ein Streichzündungs WIG-Brenner für besch... en halten. Ich schweiße einwandfreie Nähte und die auch noch OHNE Endkrater. Und ob ich den Schalter loslasse oder das Gasventil verschließe ist mir völlig lax.
Bought your welder for half a year ago (London 2400). Tested for the first time today. Is there a way to limit the max current to say 55A so that fully pressed pedal is 55A and lightest pressed like 10A? I tried different settings of the knob on the pedal but it seems like the fully pressed pedal still gives 200 A. I will mostly use it for welding 1 mm thick tubing and need low amps. Very hard to adjust the current at 25-30 A range. Ended up using the pulse mode and setting duty cycle to 25-33% but would prefer to use the traditional constant low amperage.

Ihr solltet noch sagen das Gerät muss auf 2 Takt Betrieb eingestellt sein. Habe eine Tokio 2300 hatte erst auf 4 Takt Betrieb und so funktioniert die Stromabsenkung nicht . Leider gibt es in der Bedienungsanleitund keinen Hinweis. Solltet Ihr nachbessern.
Ich finde es äußerst bedauerlich, wie dieser (leider auch andere) Hersteller auf berechtigte Fragen der Kunden eingehen! Hauptsache Produkt verkauft!

Hey Benjamin. Yes it is compatible with the London 2400. We now have two foot pedals. Both are the same, except for the connectors. We have one with 5 pin male and one with 5 pin female connector. This makes them fit all Vector Welding TIG welders and also other brands of equipment.
Danke für das informative Video. Mich würde aber noch interessieren, wozu das Poti ist! Nur um zum Justieren den maximalen Schweißstrom einzustellen? In Ihrer Artikelbeschreibung ist die Rede von einer Feinjustierung.... Es wäre "fein", wenn Sie diese Feinjustierung mit ein paar Sätzen präzisieren könnten! Danke!
Es freut uns, dass Ihnen unser Video gefällt. Der Poti am Fußpedal ist tatsächlich für die Feinjustierung gedacht. Wenn Sie beispielsweise den Schweißstrom am Gerät mit 70A eingestellt haben, können Sie mit dem Poti maximal 10A hinzugeben, d.h. auf max. 80A erhöhen.
