It’s a great house but I have to say that I also find the way it is videoed and edited is extremely frustrating. I had to stop watching. I don’t need to see close ups of things like wall hooks and coffee pots. There’s a quick glimpse of the bathroom but then the camera moves somewhere else before we can see the shower or the whole room. It’s so scattered and zoomed in. End of rant. Truly a lovely house though.
I hear you. Sometimes, less is more in showcasing a home's features. But I agree, the house itself is stunning!
The only thing I would change would be the all in one washer/dryer changed to a stackable one
That's a practical adjustment! Personalizing a space is part of the fun of tiny living.

So many close-up shots that it's impossible to get a realistic look of the overall appearance. Still don't know where the room with the cushions on the floor is located. Hire a different photographer.
I agree. A slow pan from the doorway would be a good start. I'm not concerned with the decor choices, I want the layout .

I had no problems seeing it all! Pay attention. The pillows on floor are upstairs across from bedroom.

I'm with you on that, it's absolutely charming!
Several reasons I like about this house but more important reasons I don't like it. 1) the cost: too expensive, 2) too many stairs. I am 70 years old & am disabled. I can't climb the stairs. Too bad you don't show tiny homes that people like me can afford & live in. If I had the money & was 30 to 40 years younger, this would be great.
I understand your concerns, It's true, tiny houses can vary greatly in price. Aging in place is important. Have you looked into tiny house designs that cater to seniors and people with disabilities? There are some creative solutions out there!

Living room bad layout. To watch a movie, the tv is on an angle and a bit high. The washer should have been in back by bathroom..

I’m wondering if the TV is on a swivel bracket so you can tilt it to what ever suits you. I do agree with the washing machine. Although, if it were set back a tad and was hidden behind a door I wouldn’t have a problem.
