Raking Stardew Valley characters from Worst to best

Considering I have been playing this game for like 5 years now, and the 1.6 version has just come out, it makes sense to rank the villagers (the memorable ones atleast, sorry Gunther) from worst to best.
Edit: I forgot Jodi and Evelyn. They are nice, but a bit forgettable.
