I found out that the "moss" is actually a plant called yareta or llareta (Azorella compacta) and sometimes called the "giant cushion plant." It's in the same family as celery, carrots, and parsley!? The structure of the plant is a little bit like how broccoli and cauliflower have densely packed and bumpy "heads" made of thousands of flowers. But yareta is obviously not as full of water as broccoli and has millions of tiny leaves on longer stalks.

Locations: "It grows in the Puna grasslands of the Andes in Peru, Bolivia, northern Chile and [north-]western Argentina at [high] altitudes." But those "Puna grasslands" often look like the video, what I would think of as a desert.

The plate with the blue on top is not a Brazilian plate, it's a Mercosul one. All countries in Mercosul have them, so I don't recommend using them as a way of pinpointing Brazil.

Not sure how fast the other countries are being at adopting them though. Here in Brazil we have started seeing more of them after 2015 more or less.

Plates with blue striped on top it's a Mercosul thing, it's kinda new. These kind of plates can be found in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Venezuela

I played the map PLACES FROM MOVIES, I saw a sign that said Montauk point and Montauk point lighthouse, I knew I was in eastern America so I randomly zoomed in to the eastern end of Long Island and I found it! Saw the lighthouse and the road bend, got a 5k! 3 yards away.
