The reason for extortion is the GOI giving alot of ceasefire agreements to all factions. There should have been only two groups hardly three but NIA tactics have worsen the division.

Only NNC/FGN has the legitimate right to claim the ownership of Plebiscite and its document. All other factions are indeed Nagas but the sole authority belongs to the NNC. At certain point Nagas will come back to their roots and its the only way out and way forward.

In Naga Nationalist movement the Naga people acknowledge and cherish the two most historical moment i.e deceleration of Naga Independence on 14th August 1947 one day ahead of India and Naga voluntary Plebiscite day on 16th may 1951. Subsequently split and formation of multiple factions, illegal taxations,threat,intimation, kidnapping and so on. If its goes on when are we gonna achive our solutions
Naga plebiscite is not for frame work nor agrred position.
Framework is something to help Nagas and Indian Union to come together for shared Sovereign rights, greater autonomy which was to be made bit GOI changed their topic.
