They plan a monthly considering their budget and nutrition.
(then distribute it to students. )
So they can save little by little at every meal and eat lobster special for one day like the video above.
Lastly, school meals are free for students.

This is simply amazing. The efforts they are putting in ensuring that all the meals are so delicious and are made with such hygienic conditions. Hats off to these people. I wish we have such schools in India as well.

올케는 영양사이고 친구는초등학교 조리사로 일하는데 애들 랍스타해주려고 쓰레기봉투등 꽉꽉눌러 버리고 작은것 하나하나아끼고 예산 확보해서 급식 맛난거하려 애쓰더라구요^^우리가 생각하는것보다 본인직업에 굉장히 소명감이 많으신분들이셔요

It’s nice to see they actually care about what the students eat. Here in America it’s soggy pizza and frozen vegetables or the cheapest hamburgers they can find and make us pay for it or they throw it away if we don’t have money

In Thailand some free school serve rice and fish souse and beans for student. But expensive school just serve fish shrimp or expensive meat.🙂

Most schools in America, (not sure if it’s like this in other countries) like public schools, serve soggy disgusting food that’s most likely been in the fridge, freezer, or pantry for months. And if you can’t pay for it on a daily bases you don’t get to eat. It’s awesome they do that in Thailand though!! I’m glad the students get to eat real food!

Every public/private school I’ve been to I’ve had to pay for my lunch and at one school in like kindergarten and 1st grade if I couldn’t pay for it they took my lunch away from me and threw it away and I wasn’t allowed to eat. They waisted so much food at that school it really makes me mad nowadays…

Workers who work in school meals are currently selecting those who have children in school or have attended school as their top priority.
Cooking methods are managed by a "nutrient teacher," so cooking skills are not important.
The important thing is commitment.

Just to inform you guys..
1. ALL SCHOOL MEALS ARE FREE IN ALL KOREA, NATIONWIDE FROM ELEMENTARY TO HIGHSCHOOL. Our Hard earned TAX payed for that.
2. The government required atleast 1 NUTRITIONIST in every school (depends on the schools capacity) some downtown school have atleast 2-3 nutritionist who are responsible for the school's monthly meal
3. All meal ingredients should be organic and locally made(as much as possible)
4. LOCAL FARMERS normally donate their crops to school.
5. Rice, soup and kimchi are staple food that must be include in the student's meal everyday.
Free meals but the schools aren’t free right? Tuition is required for all schools?

급식 아주머니랑 영양사분들 너무 감사한 분들이었음을 다시 한번 느끼고 갑니다!
초등학교에 다니는 아이가 있어 급식검수하러 갔었는데 철저히 관리된 좋은 재료로 시간에 맞춰서 맛있게 조리된 것을보고 깜짝 놀랬어요. 맛있게 나오는줄은 알고 있었지만 정말 좋은재료로 깨끗하게 조리하시는걸 본후로는 아이에게 학교에서 밥 많이 먹으라고 말하고 있어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ

김차볶을때 그냥 기름에 볶아도 되지만 돼지기름까지 직접내서 볶고 소스에 넣을 매실청까지 직접 만들어서 넣는것보고 맛있는 한끼를 만드려고 대단한 노력을 한다는걸 알수있네요👍👏

@@beeslog1528 Thank you for the response, I had never seen anyone wash kimchi before so I was curious as the the reasoning. I thought maybe they wanted to make their own sauce for the kimchi so the rinsed the original off so that they could have already prepared kimchi and wouldn't need to completely make it from scratch. I didn't even think about the spice level being too much for some.

어묵탕 국물을 위해서 멸치, 다시다, 무우, 양파,황태, 말린 새우, 꽃게, 미림, 정종, 간장 2종류? 등을 넣네요. 그냥 멸치다시다, 간장으로 맛낼 줄 알았는데..
정말 이 정성이 가득 담긴 급식을 먹고 자라는 아이들 몸과 마음이 더 건강해질 것입니다. 청도학교에서 일하시는 모든 분들 존경합니다!!

Я думаю, что это в частной школе и за большие деньги. В обычных школах наверняка всё гораздо проще, типа рис с водорослями, омлет и капуста кимчи.

나는 한국에서 공립 중학교를, 사립 고등학교를 다녔다. 영상에 보이는 만큼 매우 훌륭한 건 아니지만 모든학교들은 청결하고 맛있게 손수 만들었다.

I have read that Korea has one of the highest budgets on Education. They also seem to be very sincere and hard working people.
It’s also super competitive and grueling on the kids. Korean students have high suicide rates. It’s nice that they can have decent meals though

I am Korean who live in England. I do try to take my child to Korea at least once a year.
Up until primary school age, kindergarten and primary school in Korea let my kid to join the school while she was in Korea to understand and learn more Korea(n) even it was only for a couple of weeks to month. We were so graceful.
and my child’s favourite time in Korea school was lunch time (SCHOOL MEAL ).

Why should public school matter? If anything they should be trying harder in public schools. Especially since a lot of public school kids, what they eat at school is their only meal for the day. Unfortunately in the US it is about profit not what’s right.
@@freeniles305 yeah but I also attend a private school and we dont' get anything even close to any of these foods! I mean was that lobster in the first clip?? these students are really lucky in terms of food and how well the school does to feed them and ensure that the food is made in a clean place. ffs my tuition is in the 300,000 range and we get nothing close to this so I end up bringing my own food because we even have to pay to get school lunch! its not included in the tuition fee and my parents also have to pay for my brother's college fees and combined its all super expensive and the food my school serves isn't worth it at all

옛날에 내가 학교급식 먹을땐 냉동같은 완제품도 잘 줬었는데 요즘은 그런것도 없이 직접 만들어주는 것을 보고 놀라버림ㅋㅋ물론 그밖에 것들은 전부 만들었을테니 지금 보면 감사하고 이렇게 영상으로 보니 더 와닿아요. 학생들도 맛있게 먹고 착한 어른으로 크면 좋겠네요

Долго обрабатывать и мариновать пекинку для того, чтобы так же долго мыть её от маринада - как-то чересчур, не? Да и кормить школьников переперчёной и пересоленой капустой невозможно. На вкус и цвет товарищей нет; но и возводить в идеал чистоты, вкуса и здоровья то, что видим в видео, я не буду. Признаюсь, килограммы горчайшего перца вызывают неприятие. Не хочу никого обидеть, но давно пришло осознание, что вся эта острейшая еда - это искусственное воздействие на вкусовые рецепторы, вызывающее привыкание. А возможно, и химическое воздействие...

Living in America, I’m absolutely amazed these are school lunches. I’ve had lunch with my grandson When he was in first through fourth grade, And I can tell you school lunch is here in America do not look like yours.

제가 급식을 그냥 먹을 때는 몰랐는데 조리 라는 게 정말 힘든 일이더라구요..특히 여름엔. 물론 직업이다 라고 할 수도 있지만 저는 그 이상의 의미가 있다고 봐요. 조리사 분들 다 정말 감사합니다.

I like to watch how Korean food is prepared, This video is very interesting ! I noticed portions are very big ! All kitchen staff are doing their job perfect !
Hats off to the hard working staff that prepare these delicious meals daily. I hope other countries learn from this and start investing more efforts in ensuring students eat well balanced nutritious foods instead of feeding them prison food (no offense though).

I think my elementary school lunches were the best with homemade hamburger buns and rolls fresh vegetables and fries were made from scratch. Hats off to a country who cares what their students eat.

저는 급식 1세대라 5학년때 처음 급식이 생겼어요 그때도 너무 맛있고 더양한 메뉴가 나와서 점심시간에 행복했었는데 엄마가 된 나이에 이렇게 다시보니 마음이 뭉클하네요~:) 우리 아기도 이담에 학교에 가면 저렇게 맛나고 따뜻한 사랑으로 만든 밥을 먹겠구나 하는 마음에 저절로 고개가 숙여지네요 ♡

I love watching school lunch preparation videos. the amount of thought put by everyone into each dish and the final product makes me drool. in school I usually buy the same meal everyday so I really like the variety.

저는 솔직히 말하면 급식어머니들의 노동이 과한 것 같습니다. 중노동인데요..
파스타 나오는날에는 주먹밥 대신 노동량이 비교적은 덮밥(컵밥)을 하면 좋을 것 같습니다. 굳이 주먹밥 안뭉치고 밥,참치,김치,김을 그냥 밥 칸에 담아주는 식으로.
신선도&영양이 똑같다면 어머님들 노고를 줄이는 방향으로 메뉴를 구성하는 게 좋을 것 같습니다.

В Азии культ еды, там по другому не готовят. В Корее два года прожила, работала в ресторане, на работу бежала с радостью. А после рабочего дня усталость хоть и была, но приятная, не перетруженность. Сама обстановка и отношение людей друг к другу создаёт атмосферу уюта. Вот и люди работают с удовольствием, делают с любовью своё дело, а не на отмашь.
О какой любви может идти речь, если в наших школах(в Москве), еду привозят уже готовую, повара только разогревают.... А договора заключаются только через тендер.... У сына моего обед стоит порядка 5000р в месяц(мы не льготники). Пару раз он пообедал этой бурдой, а потом сам начал с собой таскать домашнюю еду в контейнере, благо хоть микроволновка есть
тоже так подумала когда смотрела это видио, наши дети даже представить такого не могут чтобы лангусты подавались в школьной столовой.....а у нас ведь очень богатая страна. Мои дети никогда не питались в школьной столовой, где тараканы и пойло -визитная карточка школьного общепита.

the fact that its either part of tuition or its free! my school makes us pay again for food and my friends who pay to get school lunch (we have food stalls that are a whole different thing) said the school lunch isn't even that good. I've tried it myself thanks to my friends and even if some of it was ok its not worth paying for it.... I mean our tuition is 300k already and we get lunches like that its such a pity. IMAGINE GETTING SUCH GOOD FOODS FOR LUNCH OMG

작년까지 이 학교에서 사회복무요원으로 복무했었습니다. 영상 보면서 복무하던 때 기억이 떠오르네요. 급식 관련해서는 좋은 기억만 남아 있네요.
소집해제 되기 얼마 안 남았을 때부터는 매 끼마다 먹기 전에 사진 찍곤 했었고 가끔 생각나네요.

@@LuLu-uz6fz some students do, but not all. At my school they had a free lunch program, which is what I had. Though if I wanted to get some extra snacks or drinks then I would have to bring money

옛날 김치냉장고가 없던 시절, 겨울 지나면서 너무 쉬어서 먹기 힘든 김치를 저렇게 씻어서 먹었어요.
매운거 못먹는 아가들도 씻어서 먹였어요.
시지 않고 시원새콤 맛있어요.김치의 또 다른 맛입니다.
