I liked the coworker. Bullying happens in the workplace for real. I liked how insane the two main characters are. I was sad and surprised to see you didn’t like it😔 I love your channel and look forward to your reviews
Love cozy mysteries ! They are like lifetime/hallmark movies. I’m reading a Christmasy one right now called 12 Slays of Christmas . It’s book one of the Christmas Tree Farm Mysteries
I'm glad you had an ok time with Homecoming, but I just don't understand how that made it in the GRCA when I've heard literally NOBODY talk about? Obviously someone's reading it but it had 0 hype all year ?
Oh man we had totally different ratings on a lot of the picks 😅 The major one we agreed on was The Coworker. It was so boring and I'm shocked that it made it into the top 20. I actually loved The Housemaid's Secret and gave that a 5 star with All the Sinners Bleed as my second favorite with a 4 star. My bottom was I Have Some Questions for You, The Coworker, and None of This is True as one stars. I did DNF Bright Young Women, but from a purely writing standpoint. It probably would have gotten a 3 for content if I finished it.
I was a true crime major in college and absolutely love true crime, especially Bundy... i could not get into Bright Young Women. I was so disappointed!
@@ashleyslittlelibraryI wouldn't 😂 the main character is insufferable, the premise is totally unbelievable, the twist was so ridiculous yet totally predictable, and the end was so anticlimactic. And it is possibly the worst mental health rep I've ever read.
I think cozy mysteries are SO reliant on you liking the characters because the plot almost doesn’t matter 😂 they are so hit and miss for me

Cozy mystery, you should try Delta County JL Hyde and Black Bear Alibi by JC Fuller. Both 1st book in series, but also they are indie authors!
