I love how Oliver is like the "dad" of all the rookies, but I especially love his relationship with Gail. She always goes to him for advice, and he knows her so well and knows exactly what to say. It's so sweet and I really hope we see more of these two (and that Gail and Holly make up, FINALLY!) x
