@@shayetaylor4927 yeah I hear ya. And personally, I prefer to get to know musicians like it's real life, not a story book. Spencer recently did an interview where he was out of character. And he seemed like such a normal guy, not doing any of the "theatrics" like you said.

INK is without a doubt one of the most talented bands out there in the scene. Fell in love with them as soon as I heard them many years ago, still a huge fan!

lol he is not an angsty kid anymore, as vocalist get older they prefer clean singing, i mean like who wants to fuck up their vocal? but if you have a deathcore band you have to keep screaming, but not for metalcore! 'cause Metalcore can involve more clean sing than screaming... but let's be real spencer even though he said clean singing he still scream like a beast on stage!
Screaming is kind of saturated and there's a high probability it can fuck up your voice.
@@randerins Actually, fun fact, if you do it properly, it doesn't hurt at all and has no chance of fucking up your vocals. But if you're doing it improperly, then yes, it can fuck up your vocals.

Ice Nine Kills is my favorite metalcore band besides Northlane and Loathe and a few others. I'm mostly into Technical death metal bands like, Archspire (the fastest metal band ever), and Cattle Decapitation etc...

He's so weird: He carries so much emotion and so many storys when he sings, but when he speaks, it's the same tone throughout whole interviews (and it's been like that for years, so don't tell me it's a persona from the current album). I 100% get when he's joking or not, but he just sounds genuinely bored the whole time, it's like when someone tries to be sarcastic but it's way to serious to be noticeably. He's just always a bit off and it confuses the hell out of me, given I'm on the spectrum.
I mean it makes sense can't always be ecstatic
