I am a bit confused here, so your input is 230v AC and the same is your output! Shouldn't you perhaps measure the input vs output current to see if you are generating more power?

I see two benefits of your project 1. Your output power increase but limited to microwave power output.. Maybe you can run 1hp aircond with with only motor power.. 2. If you use 3 transformer 120° each. You can convert from single phase to 3 phase. But the power still limited.
