Hey! on my Breitkopf and Hartel edition, the second movement does not lead into the third 'attacca' ... it shows two more measures like a coda tacked on to the cadence. Then absolutely, a finish with fermata and final double bar. Anyone have a quick comment about this variant because they've already researched it???

Could it be that this sonata is not among the best that Brahms wrote? Dont geht 'warm' withit
Definitely in his top three violin sonatas, and in his top ten sonatas overall
