In this video I talk about the REI Big Haul. This backpack/ duffle bag is being used as my work bag to carry around my personal belongings to and from work. I had a few requirements for this bag it had to be carry on size. meaning it had to be able to go in an airplane or most flights and be used as my carry on bag. I want to be able to have a "minimalist carry" while we are away in our travel and this bag does just that. I also wanted a rugged durable design that would hold up to most everything I threw at it. the 3rd thing I wanted was the ability to carry it as a backpack. when traveling you don't want to have to be holding your luggage for a long time. This bag offered all that and more. this will be an on going review and will be updated in few months after I have had some more hands on time.

you're right, but he mentioned one of his requirements was carry-on size, so I suppose its the 40

i need something to put a queen size airmatress in. i wish i had bought a tent cot to be honest and dint need the matress lol.

Not sure if this would fit a queen size air mattress in, but REI does have a duffle bag that I use for my truck camping set up.

The bag is durable and they make different sizes. It's also a cheaper option. If you really like this bag they make a 60L that might fit your air mattress.
