Doing my own playtest and I noticed that with Tome of Necromancy and an Eldritch Sovereign, you get a free ritual! It's a ritual where you can spend 30 Souls to gain 3 Thralls
Update! You can also sacrifice 34 souls to gain allegiance with the Umbral Dwelling
Yeah, I've seen that you could trade souls for thralls and vice versa, but I didn't know for the Umbral dwelling. Good to know!
I've made myself a Nether Lich, but I didn't play him yet as I still hesitate over some details
There has been a single playthrough without Blint. It was the special run against the dragons, because you couldn't get other godir to work with it.
Ahhh, that was a dark playthrough. I had such great schemes too!

Ascension: Sorcerer is strong battle trait, used Wizard Queen with it, so much spells, if you use Overchanel, you can cast 3 spells, Tome of Astral Convergence has Cascading Power, there were so many Lightning Strikes.
I was definitely surprised when I saw it! I've been trying to keep the Ascensions a surprise for when a new face joins the Pantheon. (:

'First/Great/Big Tentacle/Tentacles/Wiggly One/Wiggling One/Wiggler' while not so Blinty, sounds beater in a text, so maybe for a Slaaneshy Tentacle run. (I was editing this as I was typing, Tentacular ideas just keep coming!)

That Umbral event doesn't use thralls to convert creatures. It turns the creatures into thralls.

Gotta admit, there were a few points were I thought you lost, but you reigned it all inn.
Great video, i'm at 1:04 and not further but for anyone who ask themselves how busted the insanity map is, there's a trick to it :D If your units are together, they will trigger the insanity check, BUT if you have even one tile of space between them, it won't affect them because the roll for insanity won't even happen !!

I like dissonance and then casting, especially early on with limited overcharge

Yeah, i commented before i got through the customization. I was honestly hoping you could choose to do a normal chest/face into tentacle stuff. But nonetheless it was a wild match. Looking forward to the next one!
Getting Heroes from Mystic - Potential vassals is nice now, because they can manually overcharge spells for you even if you don't have the culture.
Retaliating growth with the tentacles is great cc
It's interesting that Eldritch Sovereigns lose the Warfare tree but it's still there for Dragons.

Umbral Ramblings only proc when you have your units next to one another. If that clause wasn't there, that node effect would have been meaner than most Gold Ancienr Wonders, lol.
Well, that's certainly one way to stop players from stacking up to spam buffs. XD
For me, Potential feels closer to Tzeentch, casting different spells.
Attunement, while gives possibility to cast more spells in a turn, works beater if you choose Affinity, great for roleplaying as Wizard/Mage from Tower that focuses on one element, Attunement also great when fighting enemies with particular elemental weakness, you do have to plan ahead.
For the poll, I made Tzeentch an Attunement option because I knew that I'd be playing Potential with Blint and didn't want the potential an exact repeat. 😅
Conveniently, the Grand Empress seems to have secured the W, so it seems time to shake off the High Culture rust.
Wayfinder and even Crow Companion seems more valuable now. Especially if you get the limited vision range modifier. I've been playing too many random realms.

does anyone know where i can find the cipher used for some of the eldritch sovereign text? every time i try searching it up the results are filled with reviews for the dlc and not the font
I'm not sure if it's been cracked yet, but the best place to look would be the Discord. If you end up finding it, let me know! The only reason I know about the "Mine for yours" translation is because one of the developers mentioned it on one of their livestreams. 😅

Maybe u got the emperium because of relentless crusaders? Weird.
I'm 99% certain that only the player with Relentless Crusader is supposed to get Imperium, but that's the only explanation that makes sense. 😅
@@Fableheim well yeah, me too... and also it's logical for it to be only for the player.. although I had to check the pop up says "Gain 2 Imperium for each Empire Unit killed after successful combat.", weird😆
