This is genuinely what yuvraj singh is like, embodies his own aura & he is being honest in his replies in his own way,
That eating did make the other guy somewhat uncomfortable, but afterwards everything is just going as flow goes

One thing I love about Ranveer is that he is humble throughout Yuvi pa was eating, He was trying to make Yuvi pa feel comfortable all the while. I would have acted the same if i had a legend right in front of me.

This podcast proved that Yuvi wasn’t a captaincy material or a leader but a damn good player
That's why he couldn't make friendship with Dhoni... Yuvi always wanted to be captaining India since he was senior ...India always has chosen right captain ....Tendulkar could be a good captain but since the team was too dependent on him he couldn't bear the pressure... It affected his batting and captaincy both... Ultimately he had to let go captaincy to save his batting... In my opinion he who can access match situation, pitch condition and his players strength can be a good captain.. Yuvraj lacked these qualities...

Ranveer made this really awkward was not able to handle yuvrajs attitude, he was asking questions in a template format fixed in his mind and was not able to change it according to the flow of conversation. Anyway learning experience for future interviews.

This was the best era I have ever seen,1995-2015 more over so 2000 to 2015. This is the best cricketing era I have ever seen,i haven't seen the era of Kapil Dev,Gavaskar sir,but whatever I have witnessed in these two decades, that's the best ever seen. Post 2015 our team has not been successful under Kohli, although we went to WTC finals twice & there was some unfortunate events. Like Sachin,Kohli's bad luck in captaincy has continued from RCB to Indian cricket. Kohli is a fantastic individual,i love that he has strengthened our game away from home,he has brought in aggression & changed the image of Indian cricket otherwise,but overall that hasn't transferred into silverware. We have a very great chance to win World Cup this time under Rohit.

@@intheair5434 Dhoni took us to many finals,finals is about hardwork&luck. Dhoni has retained India as number 1 in tests for two years,while Kohli probably has done for 5 years. Finals have very small margin for error&we have been to many finals under Dhoni when it comes to limited overs cricket&there are always reasons behind what didn't happen. Kohli's strengthening of India's test cricket dominance,overall dominance away from the home is the biggest impact he has made,i would not be lying because he had to face the transition from legends retiring to giving youth the chance&he still maintained&improved overall standards. It might be the luck which was never with his side be it RCB or Indian cricket

Sehwag was right about Yo-Yo tests,if Yo-Yo tests were there in this era of 2000 onwards,lot of cricketers, stalwarts,legends would fail that test. As i said there is lot of positives from Kohli's captaincy ,he has improved the culture,the fitness,Indian cricket team's image & more. He has done all the right things but he hasn't delivered a trophy. It's more like Ganguly's era,Ganguly Dada developed a fantastic squad but he could not reap the benefits,Dhoni did. Although Kohli had the best of talent at his disposal,failure of delivering trophies would be his only regret

He was great cricketing mind and chose his team according to what he needed. Something which Dada did too. And things worked. Today in Indian team we have so many players... On bench in reserve.... They all come and perform. And then there are new players. Right now Kohli-Rohit-Bumrah are the only players who have a place confirmed.
And Ganguly had sehwag, Gambhir etc etc. That whole cohort.
Dhoni has Raina, Kohli, Rohit, bumrah, shami who love him.

The seniors players thought they could not be shepherded by a you captain... He threw them out and showed them their place. And he was great finisher. The became great finisher and captain. The. Became great finisher, great keeper and great captain.

Dada had a great team.
Dhoni had a young team... Which was formed due to the process Dada had set in place. It wasn't dada's team.
And Dhonis's team won. And it had players who had ego clashes with Dhoni (all of whom Dhoni threw out after the wc and rightly so). And still Dhoni was able to bring so many trophies.
The only x factor there was Dhoni. Captaincy isn't only about - underanding the game. It's understanding, using your players.. Ake your players feel like a team, keep the dressing room sane, keep your supremacy intact and still remain humble enoguh. It takes a lot to be a leader. Yuvraj and Gambhir would have made terrible captain. Kohli would have made a terrible captain.

You need to have carbs and protein at previous night and the morning of play and then 1 hour before play you need to have a pure carb meal which doesn’t have protein and fat because you need energy to burn and protein will take a long time to digest, whereas carbs will burn fast.
Aloo paratha is disaster food for sportspersons because yes it contains 44% carbs and about 7% protein, but it also has 49% of fat which means it will make a sportsperson lethargic on the field because the body will start to burn a lot of energy on its own just to digest all that fat.
Something as simple as a peanut butter sandwich is an excellent snack, 1 hour before game time.
