Singing this in Disney World with my senior choir back in 2014 was the most exhilarating experience of my life. I miss my choir family so much!!
My god, the transitions! This man is a master of transitions. The songs in each section blend together so well.
This transitions where awesome and I just sight read/singed it in my room because i was in choir last year but i am in theater and this just gives me browdway vibes for some reason and honestly i will find songs that I have done before and sing them then I will find disney choir arrangements or it randomly pops up and I will litterly sing it. Also it is a really good medley and Zippity Doo Dah was a really good way to end it

He was responsible for hundreds of classic songs, yet he never had a music lesson. He is known as one of the great musical innovators of our time, yet he couldn't play a musical instrument. His name is Walt Disney, and in his lifetime he transformed the world of entertainment and remains a genuine part of Americana. Tonight, in honor of the centennial of his birth, we present the very best of his musical world, celebrating 100 years of magic.
This brings back some memories.
I’d just started college and joined choir. We was doing a small portion of this. Including the first big.
I’m a massive Disney fan so knew pretty much all the words. And our tutor had said about keeping the energy up when singing it and in general. So when we got to the 2nd time moving into Supercalifrigilisticexpialidotious. I thought screw it, and sung the Bert section. Then I basically sung it literally every time in rehearsals because energy. Then he came to handing out solo’s and he was like for this section I don’t even need to say anything. [insert my name] Is obviously doing it. Nobody had any complaints either. 🤣
I then also ended up doing a couple of Lumiere bits in Be Our Guest because somehow I ended up with them too. Not a bad first college performance.
Moral of the story. Put yourself out there and opportunity comes a knocking.

Absolutely beautiful!! Absolutely wonderful!! I love it. ALL of it!!! This, I love. I love how you can combine all of those Disney elements from all different Disney movies and make it all into one beautiful rockin' medley! Very amazing day (and an amazing way) to celebrate all those glorious years of Walt Disney and his work, as well as those movies from the 60s and 90s. Nice that you added the Winnie-The-Pooh theme inside the medley. Winnie-The-Pooh was a real wonderful part of my 90s childhood growing up. I always had Winnie-The-Pooh VHS tapes back in the 90s and 2000s. I also grew up watching these Disney Sing-Along Songs tapes, too. But this is excellent musical work, guys. I'm also a fan of Disney movies that are showing right now, and those of the past. I grew up seeing Disney On Ice as a kid. In 2017, I went to go see Disney On Ice Follow Your Heart. We're very grateful to have all these wonderful Disney movies made in the past and present. No doubt.
