In TLC's first look at 'Sister Wives: Christine and David's Wedding' special, fans get a sneak peek at the reality star's wedding to the love of her life, David Woolley. In the clip, Christine's former sister wife, Janelle, gets ready with her on her big day along with her children. Meri, Robyn and her ex, Kody, also make an appearance in the special. Part 1 of 'Sister Wives: Christine and David's Wedding' airs Jan. 7 on TLC, followed by a part 2 on Jan.14.
The kids being willing to be interviewed says so much about Christine. I'm so happy for her, I'm tearing up!
I almost want to dress in a complementary color to watch the wedding! It's such a wonderful story!

Also I don’t like how insensitive she is, like throwing it into Kodys face. It’s so obvious that she’s still in love with him and is using David to just throw it in Kodys face like, look at me now, someone wants me. It’s really sad she’s making herself look like a desperate person. Sad.

It’s just his ego. He still can’t believe his whole “family” dismantled. He wanted to be the patriarch forever, but he just didn’t have what it takes and he apparently didn’t marry any of these ladies for love except Robin. As soon as Robin came into the picture is when it all went downhill. He found his soulmate.
It warms my heart when hearing Christine’s daughter so emotionally expressing “ How much she loves David” and Janelle’s son’s positive comment. All the OG3 children, including Meri’s son Leon attended the wedding and they’re affection for David is so clearly illustrated.
You can see that they have a wonderful father figure in David whom they adore.
Kody is a fool.
Those are both Janelles children but she is considered a Mom in a sense
Those are Janelle’s kids and it is evidence of how little Janelle parented them. Their mother is Christine and their biological mother is Janelle. Janelle had no choice. Her kids are tied to Christine and she needs Christine. She is lucky that this is the best pathway out of a cult and a horrible marriage with Kody
It was already answered that it was Janelle's daughter . Just wanted to say it's Janelle's daughter Maddie who was crying saying how much she loved David . And I agree that was so sweet seeing how happy the kids were for her.

Yes-and I do think it’s time for the show to end. The good that has come out of it is that most of the family realized that they didn’t need a cult to tell them what to do, what to think, etc. Time to let this series go.

Everyone there seemed so happy that Christine was finally marrying her dream man. Good for her. Happiness radiates from them both. Kody has a huge problem with Christine moving on and Robyn is very upset about that, because he means he DID care, after all. That is plain to see.
First and foremost this is beautiful. I love that Christine has found herself, found the love of her life and is now living her best damn life.. she has given so much to Cody and Robin, and the family that she deserves to give something to herself.

TLC refuses to give relevant hard questions to Kody and Robyn during the Tell All episodes. And yet they add them to Christine’s beautiful day to add unnecessary drama. Exactly as I predicted, Tlc failed to do a good job interviewing Kody and Robyn. Softball questions, No pushback on dishonest responses, No new details viewers wanted to know and many questions that were stupid and irrelevant. Tlc coddled Kody and Robyn. All fluff and zero tuff. Predictable but still disappointing. What gives Tlc? If you’re not going to do a proper in-depth interview then change the episodes headline to “ Coddling Kody and Robyn “ !
I hope Christine David Janelle n Mary get a big offer from a different channel for a few spin offs n following the Ex wives. So that we don’t have to see those 2 despicable fake snakes. I think they have such a following n TLC would have no viewers left. That would teach them right, not listen to us viewers.
