Qeema Bharay Samosay
Ingredients:
Manda patti 250 gm
Beef mince 250 gm
Onion chopped 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chili powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Green chili 3-4
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
Pour oil in a wok fry onion add mince with ginger garlic paste and other spice cook till become tender and water dried up.
Now mix mince with fresh coriander and chopped onion
Now keep manda putti in plus sign shape keep cooked mince fold it and seal with flour mixture.
Deep fry serve with chilli garlic sauce.
Protein Rich Salad
Ingredients:
Macaroni 1 cup
Boiled Red kidney beans 1 cup
Boiled White kidney beans 1 cup
Boiled White chickpeas 1 cup
Deseeded Tomato fine chopped 1 medium
Deseeded cucumber fine chopped 1 medium
Capsicum fine chopped 1 medium
Green chili fine chopped 2 medium
Boiled potato small cubes 2 medium
Chaat masala as required
Coriander as required
Ingredients for sauce:
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Cream 1 packet
Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Method:
In a big mixing bowl mix all sauce ingredients well.
Now add all the beans, veggies and macaroni.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve
Roasted cumin and chat masala can be added (optional)
Chatkharydaar Chicken
Ingredients:
Almond 15-20
Tomato 4 medium
Onion 2 big
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric power ½ tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Green chili finely chopped 6-8
Fresh coriander to garnish
Method:
In a wok add oil fry onion and take out, then fry tomato just for 5 minutes and take out.
Blend onion and tomato with almonds keep it aside
Now in the wok add some more oil fry ginger garlic past and add chicken cook till colour changed now add all spices list 1 with ½ cup of water cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomato and almond mixture into it cover cook till chicken becomes tender and oil comes up.
Garnish with coriander serve with naan or chapati or boiled rice. - Jak na to + styl
