Are these true plug and play? Will it give my 2019 JLU Sport DRLs? Do both the halogen and LED fenders work that way?

Yes, they are plug and play.
The DRL function can be turned on and off with a Tazer.

You shouldn't have too, they run on a different circuit.

The fronts will fit any JL/JT. The rears are JT specific, but they do have JL specific rear fenders available too.
