You can transmit with the Icom M710 on any frequency in the range 1.6Mhz- 30Mhz , in AM, CW, USB, LSB .You just need a computer with a Serial2USB converter and software. I can provide the software for you, send me a note, my email is on my QRZ page qrz.com/db/pa7r
