WE SHALL NOT RETURN THE MONEY: The four commissioners defend their 1.7 billion service award

The Rubanda Woman MP Prossy Mbabazi Akampurira challenged the Baganda in Masaka at the thanks-giving ceremony of Mathias Mpuuga on why every Muganda that comes up is brought down.
Akampurira, who is an NRM back bench commissioners stated deended Mpuuga for being an articulate and knowledgeable person who whenever he speaks the rest are silenced.
She is among the four back bench commissioners who received part of the 1.7 billion shillings service award of which Mpuuga's share was 500 million.
