Ling should benefit your people first they should do it because it makes sense deep inside of them when this happens they will be happy and they will be engaged it’s the laws of nature

I think the biggest take away is the building of the culture and that everyone is being a leader working towards improvement, I would be interested in knowing your take on being a leader in your team to focus on daily improvements

Idea for Fastcap - could a easier ironing board be developed please. Ironing requires so much motion!
Curiosity questions...2 Second improvement everyday? Is that number an average of the time that the bigger improvements save? If I had to try to think of an improvement everyday I would kill a lot of production time just brainstorming. And in the 'olden' days there was a job description called...Time & Motion Management Engineer. ( Or something like that) Those persons (heaven forbid if I were to be gender specific) would wander all over factories and production facilities looking for ways to save time and improve motion (i.e. ergonomics) Does Fastcap depend mostly on the people who run the different zones to come up with their own improvements or is there a person or people who buzz around and observe all the departments looking for ways to help streamline anything they can find to make better?

Tyler 3D printed these for Max. We’ve had a couple people ask about it so I think we are going to make it a product. We could probably sell you a 3D printed one if you really want it now, or it should be available in about 3 to 4 months.
