Ep.30 Self - Care is important in recovery when you struggle with depression. [ Mom w/ Anxiety & Add

It's been a stressful month so it's extra important to take care of myself so I don't end up depressed. I've been clean and sober since Dec. 1st. 2015. I've learned that severe depression led to me making some horrible decisions which ruined my life. So it's very important to stay ahead of it now that I'm on the straight path. because I ended up on the wrong path over and over. and couldn't figure out how. I couldn't see the tfores for the trees!! Now I know the things I must do to keep moving forward.

I have anxiety, depression and i am partially disabled. Do u take any medication?

I take medication for blood pressure, nerve damage and Gerd. Nothing for depression or anxiety. I see therapist and physiologist. Mindfulness is what got me out of my deep depression and what helps my anxiety. I use to be on meds for depression and anxiety. Not anymore. I'm doing alot better
