Wouldn't recommend, but if you want to use her in arena / fire ranged raid, although I heard the new hero may be better than her even in a fire ranged team...

​@@Cutebunny44Lucy only useable in Elvira team because no replacement yet, not because she is good in raid. Lucy is only useable because of her Crit Dmg Multiplier and Elvira team damage is rely on that crit, similar to the outdated Vero team.
Once raid bosses level maxed at lv95 Elvira team will be back to starting team only.
So no, not recommended to build Lucy.
