Another home-run lesson. Guitar master making things understandable for the masses.
Definitely one of the best teachers on youtube. Jack just makes it simple... no frill.... no big leaguing. Thanks, Jack, and keep doing what you're doing. You are blessed.
You’re blessed for recognizing it. Now let’s go bless others.
For years I did not get your teaching style. The reason was I wasn’t prepared musically to absorb the information. No longer!! I am getting what you are laying down!!! Thank you!
Thank you Jack !!! as a player that just got a hold on triads (took me three months) , this lesson is the most important for the transfer from KNOWING something to actually USING it. The impact of this lesson is priceless and I will stay forever grateful to you ! love
Like Shimon said, *this* lesson is key. Yes, CAGED needs to be mastered. But seeing how you interleave them at 1 position, and then over 12 frets, and then tie them all with fillers from the scale... that sounds Pro. Thanks or the insight, Jack.
@@queasyRider3 Yes, the fillers in between make the melody sing. Fine lesson.
Simple, yet profound. Wish I knew this 30 years ago!! But I'll take what I can get!! You are a saint, Jack. Thank you, kindly, sir!!
I love the connecting notes between the triad chords 🫡 I use triad chords a bunch but somehow never dawned on me to connect them with melodies like that.
These last few lessons (rhythm fills, slow blues survival) have been so helpful. Often underrated skills but so valuable
Such an eye opening lesson for me, I knew what triads were but didnt realize how they could be tied together using fills from the major scale. Thanks a lot this is going to be so much fun to explore.
You have the ear for beautiful melodies🙏🎸. Great tutorial!
Cant wait to get the new course! All of your stuff is great!
I was thinking about doing this on the fret board....Your video was a catalyst to .....actually doing it !!!!....Thanks .....! 🤩
As you know, there are lots of videos out there on this same subject. However, I think I finally found the one that explains it the best and is the most useful for me. Thank you Sir. Much appreciated.
Great stuff! You explain things so well!
Always a super lesson from Jack
Great lesson! This is the fun and musical stuff to me. Remember Jimi started playing rhythm guitar for the Isley Brothers then Little Richard as he honed his chops backing up singers.
I love this as a practice routine!
Thank you Jack. just been working on this. Another great lesson.
Thanks a lot Jack! Beautiful tone and sooo smooth!
Great job. I'm learning so much from you.
Wonderful well thought out ideas , Thank you
So simple...but beautiful!🙏🎸 Triad inversions are so useful and essential.

Subbed! I’ve been obsessed with building and refining my triad knowledge, and this is a superbly presented lesson.
Thanks Jack! Triads and inversions have been the greatest leap in learning guitar. Thanks for this great presentation as usual you nailed it.
Good lesson. Thanks!
What a fantastic lesson! Really useful ideas presented clearly and concisely. Thanks, Jack. This one spoke directly to me and I appreciate it.
Finally!!! Glad I stumbled upon your channel. Love the way you explain what you are showing us as you are doing it.
You and Brian are the best online 🎸teachers! 🙏👍
Really helpful, and beautiful! 🙏
I been thinking about it for long long time thank you so much Jack
Inversions, when accompanied by others, offer even more ways to make it more interesting. And sometimes easier to change quickly. This is one of the main roads to tasty!
A lot of valuable knowledge, delivered in a clear and engaging presentation.
On point as ever Jack!
You're an awesome teacher
Thanks for sharing this. I am learning!
Nicely done, Jack!
Excellent. Thank you very much for this ❤😁👍🏻
I keep watching this over and over. Its the keys to unlock the guitar and its pure gold!
Amazing as ever, thanks! ❤
one of the best lessons I've ever gotten. Thank you.
Stellar video, Jack. I recently stumbled on you channel, and, after watching several of your videos, I'm thoroughly impressed with your systematic, thoughtful, and practical approach to teaching. I also really appreciate your calm, though certainly NOT boring, teaching style! This video is inspiring me to start learning triads all over the neck - and to name the notes in each of the triads to help learn my fretboard better.
Beautiful lesson Jack. I keep coming back to it, its such a relaxing sound. Really well taught too and very inspirational. Thanks, Im nearly there, just need to try and visualise all the options available and keep practicing it.
Superb lesson !!! More like this at the same level Jack. Awesome stuff. All the best from the UK !
Really loved this one. Got me back to basics after 21 years and I learned a ton. Going re harmonise everything I've ever written with this technique. Keep doing what your doing. Love you bro.
Glad I found you.Thank you for turning on some lightbulbs in my head. You make it easy to understand and this lesson changed everything.
Jack, thanks for a fantastic lesson on triads and how to use them in conjunction with a scale! This is the first triads lesson that has actually made sense to me! Hopefully, I can now begin to incorporate them in my playing in a melodic way! 😊👍👍🎸🎶✨️
This lesson is perfectly paced and the concepts exquisitely explained. Even after all the scale practices and studying cage sytem I wasn’t able to connect the dots until this lesson. My dream to play all over the fretboard like a pro might now come true due to this lesson. I cannot thank you enough. Subscribed.
Again. Just beautiful.
As promised, Jack. I just purchased your triad course. Wish my 68 year old fingers…and brain, well. 😊
Absolutely beautiful! Just got an aha moment relating the triads or just chords in general with scales. Great video. Thank you.
I just discover your channel! Thank you so much for this so perfectly clear explanation! So nice to hear to your voice explaining all this so well!

This is the real triad lesson applied to progressions. Thanks Jack
Such a good lesson. It's just simple stuff that sounds GREAT! You got yourself another subscriber here.
Jack that is so helpful to me. I feel like I will always be a beginner but this makes sense to me. Leaving for vacation tomorrow and going to seriously work on this and try to get it down before I get home.. Man I could use a teacher like you. Thanks as always. God Bless
Very informative video. Love it
You have a very cool and composed way of talking and expressing yourself on guitar. Loved it
Thanks,Jack! You taught a beginner so much I m a subscriber!
Rubber met the Road on THIS Lesson Jack. I have worked real hard to get here. AWESOME.
Thankyou so much ❤❤
Dude you are as smooth as spun honey drizzled over crushed velvet. Thanks
Yes! This is the best one for me 🙏🙏🙏👍
This was the best triad tutorial I have ever seen on CZcams, Thank You Jack! I’m going to check out your lessons, would love to purchase a course that has this type of lesson in it, just fantastic Thank You!
Bought your course, Just starting to get these under my fingers, after practicing shapes on two strings sets I wanted to see if i could connect them and hear the “changes” playing single notes. I can see the potential and am excited to continue to work on these.
I always play an exercise with myself like "how can I play this progression by moving my fingers as little as possible" and yes it's basically triads. One iconic triad line is the descending verse crescendo from Is This Love by Whitesnake.
So glad I found you here. Of course I want to do my own thing but your lessons on here are the closest to what I'm trying to do. ❤❤❤❤
simple and effective , many thanks , teaching is not for everyone
50К... My sincere congratulations, Jack! Almost DP "Highway Star" tempos. Great job, Mr. Ruch!
Best triad lesson on CZcams and there quite a few these days!
Freakin' awesome! I don't need the tab. So great! Appreciate it!
