UPDATE as of 7/6 - If you are getting 403 errors or your data isn't saving, it's because some IPs don't work with Cloudflare for some reason. While I was not using any kind of VPN or a special WiFi network throughout the tutorial, you may want to try using a different WiFi network or using a simple VPN like Betternet to temporarily change your IP.

When I used prompt 1 in the secret menu in the video, it said something like "form not found", this has been fixed.

@UnitedRat That would be a network error. Try reconnecting to your WiFi or use a temporary vpn thingie like Betternet or something
what if it only works one account? its not saving on my main but i made a burner to see if it worked there and it does

Just noticed when I generate eggs for legendary pokemon, the shiny rarity setting doesn't work for me.
@@insanehaxball9854 It didn't work for me either. I still got 2 shinies in one batch of 99 but it's not guaranteed.
at the part where im supposed to log in there is nothing I can do for the first one it doesn't work and the 2 and 3rd one just leave me at 100% loading any help?

Hello!! I need some help. I want to use command 16 (the one that allows you to change things in your party, like money, pokeballs, you got it) the problem? I don't know how to FINISH using it. Let me explain: I change the hp of my charizard to 100, and when I want to enter a different command to modify something else, the changes are not saved cause I don't know how to save them. Personally, I press 0 (cancel) just because I don't see any button/sign that says "finish" or similar words. So... well, I was hoping you could help me with that. no pressure.

However I have a question, it now says that there’s a new commit to be added and it’s something we need to do with the files and I’m a noob in that department 🤣 so any directions on how to update the source code, please?

Thank you, though I didn't do any sort of development for this tool, just spreading the word :) I think highlighting everything except the .exe the of the old app within "pyrogue windows 0.4.3" or whatever folder and just moving everything else like the .jsons over into the new folder should work fine. Regardless, it will auto-update all your data in the new version so I never bother merging my old versions with the new one.

Can someone please tell me how to run exe files on a Linux chromebook? I've been confused how to do that for so long-
Also, does the "Unlock Everything" option include alternate forms and such? Like the rotom forms, power construct Zygarde, and such?
I have no idea how to do the Linux stuff, I think unlock everything unlocks basic forms, but not the ones accessible via the secret menu
can you do a vid for changed the shiny odds for eggs cos im having terrible luck and i havent found a way to do it yet
The shininess of eggs doesn't work properly right now. If you give yourself eggs from the shiny gacha, you'll still get 1-2 shinies each batch of 99. Recently though, the dev of this tool discovered how to force a stack of more than 4 shiny charms on any given run. Once I learn better how to do it, I'll make a tutorial.

I was able to get this to work one time and since then haven't been able to change anything else even though the script seems to be running smoothly with no errors. Anyone else having this issue?

When I tried to launch the file editor it gave me this " [WinError 5] Access is denied " , any ideas how to fix my problem?
@@ProGamer-ev3cp That seems to me like maybe you have an antivirus software like McAfee or something.

@@ProGamer-ev3cp If you find which app it is you might be able to just run it as an administrator and temporarily turn it off or something

@@ProGamer-ev3cp Depends on the software but it might not let you open exe files. It may not even be an antivirus thing that's just my guess.
Does the generated legendary eggs generate for the legendary of that day or do you select which one when they are generated?
I have no clue. I've only generated from the shiny up gacha.
It just doesn’t let me, it opens and then immediately closes my tab.
When you use option2 its supposed toi close the browser.
When I tried the unlock all starters command and ran it with 27 it didn't work even though other commands like the egg voucher command works fine is there a reason for this?
@@bored-ni3nu I'm not sure. I would honestly just restart the tool and try again. The vouchers prove its working for you, it just might've encountered some kind of hiccup.

how do you add egg moves to you starters so you can select them before each run
Use the prompt to edit a starter. That will allow you to modify specifics of specific starters.

Its the prompt "edit a starter". That will allow you to modify individual starters' unlocks like shininess and moves.

when I tried to change my starter, it deleted my save
The tool auto-backup's your save file with "trainer.json" and other similar files. You should be able to reopen the tool and load your backups back into your account with prompt 2 or 3 I think off the top of my head.

For some reasons I cant generate Eggs. Do I have to play with the offline version of PokeRogue? Playing on browser right now..
EDIT: tried different browser. I am not able to do anything for some reasons. Anybody else with the same problem or a solution?
@@dom3nik1997 Nope. Generating eggs works on the online version, which is what I used in the video. Just try again I guess.

In which step? Make sure to try each of the three login options, though I used the tool 5 minutes ago and login option 1 worked fine for me.
@@ludibroloplays option 1, says we have no authorization to access the resource, I tried 2 and 3 as well but still nothing just freezes at load in screen
@@willycollett9400 I just logged in successfully with option 1. It may be just spotty connection with PokeRogue's servers, and make sure you spelled your username/password right of course

The only way to run .exes on an iphone I know of is an app through the altstore or jailbreaking.
its not downloading for somereason and I keep getting a message from my antivirus that its a virus
@@minty656 Tends to be what antivirus softwares do, when I had mine it didn't let me open any exe file of any kind.

@@minty656 Theres a virustotal attached, you can read the source code - and of course we look "sus" from outside since we do static API calls and manipulate local data (the .jsons), we also import the os module to create folders etc - binary analysis from windows defender isnt that smart and some AV's also block git content.
so i did your tutorial and everything was working as you said it would. but after i entered 27 and all the changes were finalized, i went back on to Pokerogue and none of the changes happened, any suggestions?
Edit: do you think it's because I'm playing on the browser and not some downloaded version?

Make sure you type prompt 27 when you're done, and refresh your PokeRogue tab. If it still didn't work just restart the tool and try again. Bad request typically means you had a network issue or something. The tool is picky with some IPs. Try refreshing your wifi or using a temporary vpn thingie like Betternet or something.
Edit: I used my browser so it shouldn't be an issue

@@Htokeee Oh, that may be just a usual PokeRogue server issue. I would suggest to just keep trying, or restarting the tool and starting over. If you're still having issues you can always contact the dev through the discord server in the pinned comment/description.

@@mariamegramboute Not on iPhone. You can run exe's on android though, do some google searching. Winlator works pretty well but that's the only one I know

Generally it works better if you close all pokerogue tabs but I got it to work fine regardless

Try the app Winlator. You can find the github for it with a google search and download the apk from there.

as of now not banned, but you might get locked out of multiplayer features and scoreboards that may or may not exist in the future

As long as I'm starting to grow an audience, I'm happy. In the long run, I want to build up a viewerbase that watches for me as opposed to specifically what I'm playing/doing

But seriously, the dev has all of the source code up on the github, meaning you can even compile the tool yourself. You may have an anti-virus software that prevents you from opening exe files like McAfee or something.
