Look at the differences in their eyes, when they see the girl running đ€Ł
Hahahahahahhaaa
I had really bad knees before I started consistently running, so bad that i couldn't even do a proper squat. Now, after a year i don't feel my knees hurting anymore and I can finally do squats pain free!! Running can only damage knees if your running form is bad or you are running with shoes that are not made for this activity and also as you said when you overdo it but progressive overload is the key, gradually increasing mileage won't damage the knees, it probably would if you started running a lot with no experience.
Absolutly everything you just said was spot on for someone without tons of expirence.Glad you got into running and challenged yourself

I just finished a year of running every day. My knees have never felt better. However I have found that performance wise it is better have rest days to improve the quality of every running session.

HAPPY NEW YEAR
Happy new year to brownie and the guy in the blue shirt đ€
Can you please make a video on sprinting. I want to improve my spring time
Happy new year đ
I'm a semi-competitive runner myself, with a habit of looking at way too much research. Almost every long-term study I've looked at has shown a reduced risk of injury and knee pain for runners, even marathoners (who run way more than an hour at a time). You have to build up to it and be careful, however. Also, many studies have shown that sunlight (mostly early morning light) significantly affects mood and circadian rhythm, making outdoor activities more beneficial. In my own experience, those studies have been proven true. And more than 150 minutes of cardio a week does have significant health benefits. The benefits lessen as you go on, but there are still far more beyond that. Three hundred minutes is where the benefits decrease to a point where more is no longer beneficial.
Yes and I think if you think about it it makes total sense because humans were literally designed to run. And to run long distances. We literally hunted our food that way by running so long that the prey got tired out and we had a chance to kill them. So why wouldnât our knees be built for that? Of course if youâre just starting to run (like i am) you have to build up carefully because my knees hurt really bad sometimes and then i know I either didnât warm-up right or it was too much. Gotta figure that out đđ
I mean depending on your experience if you start running it will make you happier but i run all the time and i still often feel depressed no matter all the effort i put to become faster or just overcome stress
Yes đ
If you have weak memory you need to run
Me: forgot to run
0:35 lmao Arjenâs face

As someone that runs every single day, I can definitely agree that all these. Except the knee part. At first, you get a lot of knee pain but you'll adapt overtime
If you get regular knee pain you shouldnât run every single day, your body needs time for recovery. Itâs always better to take a day or two to recover than to keep pushing yourself to the point of injury. An injury could stop you training for weeks/months depending on severity.
Yeah I agree I run everyday just for my physical health and at first the knee hurts
Depends on the individual, I know some MMA fighters who opt to bike ride and shadow box instead of run because it causes too much stress for their knees. But some of them are also 2 knee surgeries and 3 ankle surgeries deep
Your knees will learn to become hard
Bro is like calisthenics and free weights
This is exactly one year ago. Great video
Bros eyes was sparkling looking at the beach
Then thereâs kids in the middle school I went to whoâve ran 18km in 50 minutes (so they basically sprinted it) and have done it multiple times all with ease and no pain so how did they do it without pain?
All I can think of is practice but you can overdo it?
Happy new year guyes đ€
Same
Great vid guys but have to disagree with you on the knee part! Thereâs studies that show even recreational marathon runners have less knee osteoarthritis compared to non-runners and it can have a protective effect! Itâs just all about progressive overload with avoiding running injuries! đȘđŒ
Totally agree. I done a lot of research on this as well, and the another thing that matters is finding the correct shoes. Too much cushion or too little cushion can also lead to knee pain.
I run every second day for 30 minutes.
I think brown was looking at her buns when the first women was running đ€Ł also the beach girl
Welcome to the UK

LMAOO I run everyday without knowing well I mean I do know but I'm not thinking well its also in my house I run on the couches I sprained my arm and fractured my foot but I shall still run
Where is the "Before" and "After" part of running everyday in this video?
You can get stronger muscles in your knee and have less injuries but you need to stretch
3:22 my dad alwys drives like an hour to work with his bike and back (so a lot of cardio) but he never knows where he lefgt his kees or wallet so idt thatit works that well
4:07
30 minutes is a long time
Hallo Guys,
Can you react to the Video "100 Bodyweight Exercisses Ranked (Beginner to Master!)". It is a cool Video, and I want to know if you agree. I don't agree in everything, but all in all it is a good ranking.
Dammmmmm
I wanna do something like this I hate my weight but all my weight is in my stomach I have relatively strong legs and arms bit out of balance but I have a big dad bod gut and I really want to get rid of it but I donât even know where to start
Pick something like walking, running, jumping jacks and start and then donât quit. Change your diet also and make it work⊠otherwise the beginning work out pain just makes you give up. For example, Iâm restarting my journey as my busy schedule has changed, and day 1âs workout has been painful however I havenât given in to the junk and sweets I love because I know how much pain Iâm in and how hard Iâm working for it. Cheers to the journey
Browney Reactions?
I run everyday 4-11 miles
When you were doing the running challenge, you were constantly attempting to push yourself to the max. This wasn't good as you gave yourself no break and it probably helped cause your guys knee pain.
