The 2014 intro's date is incorrect. It's 16:9 variant of 2010 intro launched in 2011 (in the same day as Teleexpress' and Wiadomości's rebrands. Poland was one of the first slavic countries, which changed format to 16:9 (with TVP (TVP HD in 2008, TVP1 and TVP2 around 2010/2011), followed by Polsat and TVN (both 2009). Also, 1992 intros were used until 1997, 1993 intros weren't intros, but stings and used used sporadically, mostly for flash, breaking news or special edition between 1992 and 1997 (that one with headlines on the pink-white background was aired after 1995). You also forgot: 1. September 1991 intro, shortlived, partially token over from Soft-Tronik's demo - czcams.com/video/DSrgbfcJHK0/video.html (their demo: czcams.com/video/R6VgEK448QM/video.html). 2. January 1991 intro (when it was temporarily called Obserwator) - czcams.com/video/xnKXGILMAdQ/video.html. 3. 1992-1997 intro with 1992 (or 1993) headlines - czcams.com/video/785alxDojUM/video.html.
At 3:24, this pre-2000 edition (because, in said year, the TVP2's logo was changed it's font to Futura Bold) was hosted by Krystyna Czubówna, who is more known for being a lector in documentary series about wildlife. She also took part (in current year) in Plush's (Polsat Plus Group's brand) advert and at it's variant for 18:30 edition, it's Marta Kielczyk, the longest running presenter in TVP2's Panorama, who is one of presenters of it since 1999.
Panorama TVP2 intro compilations were made also by Jakub Trześniowski (watch?v=Yeyc91cxXNM, includes Sport Telegram and weather) and AEIOUY (watch?v=dTBofMDAK5o, very detailed - 47 minutes!)

Here no, I just make the whole video 50fps. And some videos here were already 50/60fps.
