It's understandable to feel like the timing has to be perfect in order to take action, but the truth is that perfect timing may never come, and waiting for it could mean missing out on opportunities. It's important to remember that it's never too late to pursue your goals and passions, regardless of your age or circumstances. You've got this!

I wanna run too but im soo fat & need a lot of breaks. But that's no excuse so I'm lifting now, getting in shape to run like goggins.

But I also think it is important to be self aware, figure out where your passion lies and what makes you tick.
My passion lies in being healthy and fit even if I fail on occasion. My passion does not lie in stuff or title or income. I put in time and effort at my job that keeps those above me content with my work and keeps me employed to pay my bills for a modest lifestyle. Then I go out and do the activities that I'm truly passionate about, taking a walk, a hike, a run, bike ride, and just enjoying nature!! Natural beauty is far more fulfilling than man made. Fresh air is priceless!
I needed this today! Heavenly Father, only you know the burdens I face please bless me. As a single mom it can be hard to have everything on your shoulders. Especially because both of my sons are special needs. It’s difficult to raise children alone but despite the challenges I face I keep faith in you Lord even as I struggle to pay rent and as I struggle to buy groceries for my children. I’m discouraged. Jesus help us.

To live a meaningful life, it is only going to be as meaningful as the amount of responsibility that we are willing to take on. The more we experience, the more aware we become and this requires the vision to take the road less walked in order for ourselves to properly grow. Life can either disintegrate or it can come together stronger in proportion to one's awareness and one's courage.

I workout and train and fast but what I don't do because I find that I often get blisters jogging so it totally prevents me from doing runs which I absolutely used to love doing. This was a great video, going to keep pushing and trying to get that super important run in the morning aiming for 5am.
