Company charges for a visit, the guy was not wrong asking for a visit charge. The service guy was bad at communication and his rude attitude. But bhai brotomotiv, don't take your success for granted, stay humble and be kind.
The technician will charge visiting charge for the next when he will bring the part and will charge labour for fixing it as well

This is common thing seen with many service providers they say the service is free and then ask for money for some other reason like for example I had a water heater and it was not working and was 2 months old so I had called the customer care they said the service is completely free and no charges will be taken the technician comes tells me that the service is free and if there is any part to be replaced or damaged we will have to pay for it so he did the service and there was no damage part he just had to remove the sacrificial anode which is present in the heater and then closed it up after that he is asking for 250 ruppes as plumbing charges and said I had to lift a 10 litter heater and I had to open the pipes which were attached to it for that he was saying I need to pay 250 the problem was I only helpd that guy remove the heater from the wall cause he was too short and old to remove it but he wasn’t ready to understand the problem that he first said something else and then after the job demand something else which was wrong he was like other clients tip us 500 ruppes
The way he was taking to us it sounded like we were working for him and not the other way round it’s not a problem when they ask for charges or tips I tip everybody who delivers food etc atlest 10 ruppes and even the service people but there’s are always people who try to trick the customer into paying something for their own profit

Respect has nothing to do with age. You give respect you get respect, besides Raghav and Parikshit both running a SERVICE business know where respect is due and have treated people with utmost care and respect. Being elderly doesn’t give you the license to treat your customers rudely, on confronting the guy being “Mera awaz aisa hi hai” was extremely wrong and defensive. There aswell Raghav was to the point and didn’t stretch it. Lastly on Company terms charges for visitation: photo nikalne ka kaunsa paisa bhai.
Akad nahi garv hai dono ko aur hona bhi chahiye. They operate this business and have grown so much and this can only be achieved if you have a firm entrepreneurial mindset jisme aise log se voh deal kar chuke hai aur ye monopoly system k samne customers nahi bolenge toh kaun bolega.

IMO Raghav handled it very calmly and with a gentle tone.

That's how it is, he doesn't have to open it to know it's damaged. Something like a customer sending you a photo or telling you over phone that his car is damaged etc but you would still call him in person. If you don't want to pay the visit charge you can carry it in. They guy was rude and totally deserved it back.
