Split black gram/ mash ki dal - 1 handful
Split red gram / Tur dal - 1 handful
Split green gram / Moong dal - 1 handful
Split red lentils / Masoor dal - 1 handful
Basmati rice - 2 handful
Split bengal gram / chana dal - 1 handful
FRIDED ONIONS - 2 BIG SIZED
FOR MUTTON GRAVY
Mutton - 1/2 kilo boneless
MARINATION
Curd - 100 gram
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Spice powder - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
FOR COOKING
Oil - 4 tablespoon
Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon stick - 1
Few coriander and mint leaves
Green chilies - 2 to 3
FOR LAST MIX
Clarified butter - 3 to 4 tablespoon
Few coriander and mint leaves
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Spice powder - 3/4 teaspoon
