This js how i imagined what it was going to happen in The Final Horizon DLC (before i knew about the datamined script). Basically i expected that Sonic & friends would've climbed this tall tower and at the top you go to the final battle.
In OG Frontiers those towers were a real pain, AND YOU WANT THIS?! 20 minutes of non-stop running, and if you make one mistake, pls be happy to start everything from the beginning.

I know it’s a mod but the fact the Frontiers looks exactly like this in vanilla mode makes me extremely sad. This mod is cool don’t get me wrong but the assets and platforms are so boring, like they’re literally just metallic gray platforms with cyan/purple buttons - and that’s the whole thing!!
I played this thing thinking it's was going to be an actual challenge for the one time, but it's just recycled content, the entire point of downloading mods is to get an experience that the original game can't give you
