I doubt anyone of Yes Theory will see this, but I want to try. A kid at my school district has been diagnosed with terminal bone cancer, and he wants to fill some things on his bucket list before his conditions worsens. We are all trying to raise money to help him pay for treatment while being able to enjoy activities in his life, but we arent getting enough.

I know that nobody is really gonna care to see this, but the message at the end of this video hit home for me incredibly hard. Although I've been watching you guys for awhile and have been subscribed to this channel for a long time, I've always admired the positivity and the message this channel pushes. As much as this channel and it's message means to me, it feels as if I have barely, if it all, incorporated this mindset into my life; I haven't changed my approach to the things I fear or what terrifies me. Last night, there was a party that someone at my high school had, and I had known about it a whole week prior. A girl I really really liked for a long time invited me, so my nerves were through the roof pretty much all week. But when the night came, I couldn't even muster the courage to step out of the car. I was about to have a full blown anxiety attack in the front yard of someone I didn't really know, while being only a couple feet away from the party. I was there, right there...and I turned around and went home. Not only do I feel as if I ruined any chance I ever had with her, but also I missed out on the opportunity to live in discomfort or to step out of my comfort zone and to learn a lesson. This will probably eat me alive if I let it. But I've decided that instead of living in fear, I'm gonna live with fear. Using it as my motivation to do something because I know that whatever is on the other side, is only being shadowed by the fear of what might not be. Love Over Fear.

a little late but you will get more chances. i’ve done similar things. one thing that helps is when a fear is too big to face at once, break it down. do something slightly uncomfortable, then more, then more.
take little steps out of your comfort zone. hope this helps you as much as it helped me.

Im in that very same boat. I have said to myself time after time, to start challenging myself, but when whatever moment/opportunity comes, the thoughts that stops me from saying yes/letting loose and have fun, always triumphs. every. single. time. Im all out of ideas on what to do. How do I win over the negative thoughts that has been implanted so deep inside my brain. Im so tired of not having control ..
Ah youth. Love at this age is both amazing and terrifying at the same time. Being somewhat of an old timer - I've had my fill of relationships, rejection, stalkers, - the gamut.
That said - here are three beautiful gold nuggets of advice to put in your pocket.
1. Live in the moment, give in the moment and appreciate, pay attention to what is happening today. Relish in it - and place less important on what "could be" tomorrow. Tomorrow rarely happens the way you think it will.
2. Put a lot of energy into loving yourself. Be good to your health, spirit, brain first. If you are lacking - trust me - you're not in a good place to share yourself with anyone else.
3. Don't dwell on the past. Learn from it, move on, and embrace the "now".

TheAhmed098 well this video was uploaded in march 2018, maybe the video about matt and sarah was also from 2017. Post production and video editing takes a while for a quality video especially with long durations.
This vid is uploaded way later than when it happend. Its new years time in the video but its uploaded a few months later. Same with the other video

Rod De Rouge he mentioned in another video. His name is Carl but in Sweden they have multiple first names but your last first name is your real one and his is Thomas. Something like that anyway lol.
We swedes have 1 first name which his and mine is Thomas and then we got 1-3 "middle names" and a surname or as we say last name. I got 2 middle names for example.
