Peoria vs Queen creek wich ones better?

For a comparison between Peoria and Queen Creek it really depends on what you're looking for. Whether its schooling for your kids, entertainment options, dining options, home prices, and land available they vary pretty drastically. Most parts of Peoria are a little more established, but they still have room to grown. Queen Creek is still growing and parts of it are still very rural, but it's still a great option!
In my most recent video "Best Places for Families to Live in Phoenix" I actually compare my top 4 areas and why I think they're great places to live - Peoria did make the list!! However, I also threw out a bonus city which was Queen Creek - we're seeing a lot more interest in this area and over the next few years we should see a development boom as more and more people move out that way!
