Aziz Ahmed Ahmed it's because May be u r not using a good detergent and 2ndly after wash keep the machine open sometimes the stagent waters creating the smell inside the machine
Detergent tray should be full or we have to put detergent as per the load also how much softener to put in and can you put a demo on manual setting of the machine

can be multiple reasons i will suggest u to contact customer care .
How to clean the softener dispenser. It seems to be full and also will not be used while washing. im unable to remove or find a way to clean it

hey i have bought it yesterday 11 kg dual active wash. i dont understand all the functions of it. mean i just set it to quick wash and it sets the timer to 36 minutes. but after it runs for 5 mins all the surf drained. i felt that my clothes were not fully cleaned... and remaining time it took to fill water and rinse and spin 😥😥😥 kindly help me out. and plus can i wash multiple clothes in different cycles without wasting surf..like white one first and coloured afterwards..

Same here, how did u manage?
Run it in spin-only mode if there is power attached to the machine and the water will instantly drain out, although in emergency cases where you can't power on the machine only option would be to manually drain the water by scooping it off and using a blanket to soak out the rest.

Thanks for the video. i bought this machine. i noticed as i on the machine the water in running and at the same time water is going out of the drain hose. this make it difficult for the washer to reach the water level required for the machine to start washing. However, when i raise the drain hose up and the water reaches the water level required it will start washing.
Also, when i select the wash+rinse+spin after the machine finish washing it won't switch to spin. it will show "4E" error cold. is this normal or the product have a problem

I am a consumer of above shown Washing Machine.. Suddenly a blinking appeared at Filter Check option, It is continuously going on, I tried to stop the blinking by cleaning filter, but it is not rectified. What can I do to solve this problem.
