The new Celaschi action is the heart of the new SCM line dedicated to the window and door industry.
Celaschi action is a double-sided tenoning machine that allows simultaneous tenoning of two elements of different lengths, widths and thicknesses, exploiting the principle of processing with the motors moving while the pieces are stationary. The productivity reaches a maximum of 6 pieces/min.
Among the plus points is a high degree of flexibility in the production of tenons, thanks to the presence of 4 electrospindles, each of which is served by a 6-position tool changer. It is thus possible to produce from 30 to 48 different tenons without any intervention by the operator.
Before tenoning, a station with 2 Colibrì operating units with anti-chipping function, carries out the numerically controlled anti-chipping processing, since each piece can have a different profile.
Celaschi action is not only intended for window manufacturing but can also be used in other applications, such as doors and flooring elements production.
