He didn't say he'd never heard of Nickelback, just that he wasn't familiar with their songs, the number of people commenting in this series that the drummers are lying about what they know is just pathetic, what reason would they have? What do they have to gain? Mike swore he wasn't familiar with the song and that he couldn't remember if it was on the set list or not

We must distinguish between to have heard something and listened to it. All of these professional drummers have heard those songs before somehow. That they didn´t listen and have no clue what´s going on is very believable to me.

Because Mike Portnoy listens to Western music, Drumeo could have put a band from Eastern pop/ rock music like Eraserheads from The Philippines 🇵🇭 or Cibo Mato from Japan 🇯🇵.

It's depend what you listen to. I can tell you a lot of bands well know here but you may not know it. It's happen. 😂
