I don't think anything is actually wrong with the buildings apart from expected wear and tear. It's been a run down area for as long as I can remember.
@@daz3745 doesn't make sense if the flats could be refurbished so people could live in them. Of course leaving them empty will only encourage damp, mould and vandalism.

@@sandrafinbar they absolutely could be refurbished but wherever there is flats in Wishaw there is trouble.
