    Today, we break down our Skaters Drill. When we do skaters, we want you to start with the feet together, jump toward the trail side, land, load, and then explode back the other direction. This motion simulates the loading on the inside of the trail foot which produces strong lateral force early in the golf swing. This lateral force is essential to setting the player up for successful Torque and Vertical force later in the swing.

      Thanks for the comment. Our protocols are recommended 3 days per week. This drill is 8 reps.

    Interesting, I never understood the equal & opposite ground force reaction before. I notice the arms play a major role in counter balance. Thank you
