My friend worked full-time and has a kid. She went to an accelerated nursing program as a full time student and she graduated with honors and passed the nclex the first time. Anyone can work through and get the grades they want as long as you have the motivation and self discipline.

I want to share the most precious thing we could ever know with you 💕 John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” We have all broken Gods commands and sinned, this makes us deserving of punishment, It means we are on the way to death and eternal hell. Jesus is the Son of God and He is One with God. Because God loves us so much, God sent Him to the earth to save us. 💕 He was crucified on a cross to pay for mine and yours sins. He went through so much, He didn’t deserve it and never broke any law. They mocked Him and beat Him terribly. He went through all of that because of us. If anyone repents and places their faith in Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins, they will be saved from their sin and from eternal hell. Jesus is the only way to be saved and the only way to heaven, no one is good enough to enter on their own because we have all sinned by breaking Gods commands. Jesus is sinless. Titus 3:5 “He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to His own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,” 🥰 God led me to Him and changed my life. He has given me joy, peace, and lasting hope. He’s done so much for me. He opened my eyes and He saved me. The Bible is Gods word, we need it to know God better and how we need to follow Him; Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in the Bible are all about Jesus’s life and teachings and are a great place to begin reading in the Bible for anyone (they help me so much) 💕 He is coming back soon, He wants us it be ready. This world is passing away, but Jesus is eternal. He is The Way, The Truth, and The Life. Nothing compares to Him and nothing else is worth having in the world. 🌸🌷 may God bless you!
Needed this!! After the interview I was told from a grad student that I won’t be able to work while in the program but I have no choice :)
Off topic, but Is your hair heat trained or relaxed? I could never keep my hair so straight in the summer lol, looks very healthy. I am lucky to not have to work much during nursing school as the workload of nursing school is stressful enough. I am going into my last semester tomorrow! So excited!

Does ur program require nursing students to take courses in the summer for program? Because i was thinking of maybe only workinh in summers where i dont take any CLASSES because I CANT WORK AND GO TO NURSING SCHOOL.
My ADN program is only fall and spring but my BSN is fall, spring, and summer 🥲. So my summers have a lighter course load because I’m only taking one program’s nursing classes

Hi! I would suggest either not working or working part time, depending on what works for you 🩷 there was a time when I wasn’t working at all, and I found that I was able to focus more on school than when I started working again
My program (that I am not in yet lol) says first semester will be a total of 9 units for foundations and lab, so I thought working might be possible. You’re taking more than that right, because of your concurrent BSN enrollment? You didn’t really talk much the number of units but I am wondering if you think it matters or if nursing school is nursing school regardless of the program or number of units… thanks!
Hi! Yes, I have a bigger course load because of my concurrent program (totaling 15 credits for the upcoming fall semester, 19 credits for the upcoming spring semester 😅) but I think most nursing programs are similar to each other (like you mentioned nursing school is nursing school regardless of the number of units/program), so I don’t think it matters too much which program you’re in because we have similar experiences 🤍🙏🏽
