    Jackie not only always does all his own stunts, and gets routinely injured, but is on the record as saying that he wants to die on set (not like, as part of the movie but just because he was working). All of Jackie's films, ever since he saw Smokey and the Bandit, have bloopers on the end, as an homage to that film (and because he loved it so much).

    Carter is a comedian turned actor named Chris Tucker, you guys should react to some of his stand-up specials too, he shines in interviews.

    Jackie learned English by listening to American Country music.

    3 parts of this movie that really make me crack up laughing are:
    1. When Carter starts dancing like Michael Jackson in the middle of the street after blowing the car up
    2. When Lee and Carter are bonding and practicing disarming techniques while Edwin Starr's song "War" plays in the background
    3. When Carter says "I know that ain't the bomb. Get that bomb away from me." Towards the end
    And Trust me, the blooper reels for the remaining two movies are just as funny when it comes to the slip-ups with the dialogue.

      My favorite blooper from Jackie Chan, of all time, is this:
      "Jackie, are you okay?"
      "Jackie *ALWAYS* okay!"

    Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee studied Wing Chun Kung Fu (among other schools). Bruce created Jeet Kun Do, "the way of the intercepting fist", an offshoot of Wing Chun that emphasizes freedom of style and conservation of movement; "using no way as a way, having no limitation as a limitation", espousing Taoist precepts.
    Karate is native to Japan, Kung Fu to China, Tae Kwan Do to Korea, Escrima to the Philippines, etc.

    Hi Kids!🙂In "The Terminator" film when Arnold walks up to those thugs naked at the beginning of the film, they are "Punks". It was a popular look for the young in the 80s. It can also be used as a derogatory term. Great reactions to your first Rush Hour film!!!!🎬👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Many consider "Rush Hour 2" (2001) to be an even better film!😉

    "Why do black people use the N word" as an African American, I can tell you that I myself don't get it either, they use it to replace words like "bro" or "buddy" but I think it's silly XD I agree it shouldn't be used at all

    • @cinemeleon2808
      @cinemeleon2808 Před 10 měsíci

      Well as someone who is black, what we do in our culture is our prerogative and our business and doesn't require any explanation to, permission from or input from someone outside of black culture. You just sat up here and let an Indian man telling you what he thinks your people should be able to do or say and you agreed, as if you're some sort of glutton for approval. Smh.

    Music is actually pretty sacred to African Americans; for generations, it's one of the only things they could exert any control over at all. So, touching a black man's radio will get you rebuked AT BEST.
    Thia is part of the reason why Eminem is both so hated (for being a white man some say has been coopting the culture) and so loved (for contributing in large ways to preventing the death of hip hop/rap to decay and corporate mumble rap, and expanding its reach worldwide).

    • @smittybenzo4693
      @smittybenzo4693 Před 9 měsíci +2

      I disagree. We are not a monolith. Music is no more sacred to us than any other person. Some stereotypes are perpetuated in film for comedic effect.
