UNM's track is not marked for the 4x200 so they have the athletes start from the 400m start and after completing one lap athletes can then cut in in like the 4x400. Unique and not ideal but that's how they do it.
It was a very windy day. I wasn't sure what direction the wind was blowing until I saw the big flags towards the end of the race. They were blowing hard in the direction the runners were going. Still a highly impressive run and time at his age. Bright future for him.

My fastest time in HS was 11.24. I was a senior and it was my first time running track. I was always fast but never actually ran until that year. I wish i started when i was a freshman i would be running 10s without a doubt.. But man keep training hard and make sure to let your body recover after training. thats sooo important. Just dont over-train and get hurt like me :/

No lie...In an official 100 meter race I was electronically clocked at 9.66 thru the first 90 meters.

Because I said that I ran 9.6 for 90 meters. My 100 meter time was 10.6 and that's not good enough for Olympics. Usually the guy who finishes in last place is still much faster than me.
