To have such a perfect balance and low center of gravity, you have to have a super strong core muscles So yeah in a way Messi is really strong for his size
Messi is special because he is so small yet when he gets tackled he’ll glide past everyone almost like if he’s weightless. Don’t think we’ll see another player like this in a while. Most just cry and complain, dive and act like they got hurt.
He’s actually not too short, he’s around 5’7 which kind of leaves him on the short side of average. He has short legs but a large upper body, people with that type of build have more explosive power and incredible balance. Think about Tyson, he was only 5’10. I’m so blessed I got to see Messi and CR7 play for almost all of their careers 🙏🏼
Not only strength and balance, it is also about his willingness to keep playing!! Other players, with the same control and balance, would have already dived to get the defenders yellow-carded and gain a free kick.
I don’t think he’e really strong, but he has perfect balance and composure
That's the point of the video ... Physicality not always mean being strong ... It combines everything
To have such a perfect balance and low center of gravity, you have to have a super strong core muscles
So yeah in a way Messi is really strong for his size
When ur tall and big ur advantage is when you hand to hand fighting ufc, in football you used your body for balance, it’s totally different.
It’s more balance, agility and core stability than raw strength
All of the above comes from strength & purpose
Messi is special because he is so small yet when he gets tackled he’ll glide past everyone almost like if he’s weightless. Don’t think we’ll see another player like this in a while. Most just cry and complain, dive and act like they got hurt.
A lot of players also dive for fouls when messi often just keeps going which is something I always respected about him
Pepe and Ramos ate grass everytime they face messi
I feel like it’s just balance more than anything but yeah Messi can take a lot of challenges from rough players.
Messi's physical strength is always underrated
The way he rides challenges when most players would fall to get a foul called, that's the most impressive part
Incredible that the best dribbler ever never got seriously injured ... probably has to do with his height, low center of gravity and compactness
He’s actually not too short, he’s around 5’7 which kind of leaves him on the short side of average. He has short legs but a large upper body, people with that type of build have more explosive power and incredible balance. Think about Tyson, he was only 5’10. Another good example is prime hazard; same height as messi and he had 6ft defenders toppling over trying to get a grip on him
@@limpa756 messi is 5,6 Hazard 5,9 but yeah I get your point
@@losclxii316 heights are kind of distorted honestly, if you look at a site called celebheights they get the real heights of athletes. You're right though Messi is closer to 5'6 than 5'7 and hazard is 170cm so 5'7. I guess it looks better to employers to bill your height up a couple inches, not like anyone would notice
@@matthewgoodman6579 Actually no one ever thought about this.
He has an amazing center of gravity, his balance is absolutely 2nd to none, yes Cristiano does some insane physical stuff but let's give this some credit , this is absolutely insane for such a small guy to keep going after those tackles.
Cristiano does or did? he's finished, the guy can't even dribble past a SERIE B defender anymore
@@marjansarec2337 the man is 36 years old still hitting over 30 goals a season in a new league and new country in probably the weakest juventus team in close to 10 years. Same too for messi. There's nothing to choose between the 2 .
@@waseembux7537 nah he’s at Saudi
Ronaldo and Messi, the best players of football history, legends.
People say Messi doesn't have too many muscles and doesn't build his body but this is football not bodybuilding. The fact that he can keep running while they foul him keep running even when he falls shows just how great he is. Even 2 years ago in the match against Uruguay simply the greatest of all time
good vid
Respect 🔥
Get out
Agility is different from strength though they are both physical attributes. Messing is agile, a hundred percent so, Romelu Lukaku is strong.
Feel me?
Naa messi has both
Everything about messi is well balanced. His speed and strength etc
Fantastic video. N'Golo Kante is small but incredibly strong.
THE GREATEST HUMAN EVER TO PLAY THE GAME : FOOTBALL. No other human can ever reach his level, never ever. So we call him ALIEN Messi
Yehh
So Messi in reality is a kung fu master!!!
People say Cristiano has the never give up mentality in the game but I say this man right here is the best example of never give up. I never seen messi act for foul instead he gets up and keep running. I've seen many saying Cristiano has the best competitive edge maybe that's because he expresses it in his showmanship like the extravagant celebrations or self acclaiming but that's good but I think Messi has the best competitive mind when comes into I don't think you need to shout or showoff how you tough you are but its have to be shown your game and performance and nobody does that better than messi❤💙.
He's just very agile and balanced.
It's a surprise that he hasn't got alot of serious injuries with the amount of times people have gotten yellow cards doing bad challenges on him.
He is strong he doesn't get injured quickly
"Strength" is 90% positioning 10% muscles
Really? Because I'm super skinny and underweight but I have good technical skill, how can I not get pushed around so easily
@@esclips10watch messi play and take notes. He can probably barely squat 185 but his positioning makes him extremely difficult to knock off the ball. And if you're going to lift weights, work on core and lower body more than anything.
@@timc1341 ok, but how am I supposed to position my self so that it's hard for me to get knocked off the ball
@@esclips10 you need to get your body/center of gravity low when coming into tackles/shoulder to shoulder situations to make yourself difficult to move off the ball and work on geting your shoulder in front of theirs to draw fouls. You'll need to work on it a lot in training with your teammates to get good at it, but proper positioning is far superior to brute strength
@@timc1341 ok thanks man 👍
For his size, he's probably the strongest
Aisa kya?
Subscribed for this unique video 👌 good thought 🔥
Am a chelsea fan,i hate barcelona 13yrs ago but when they play they put smiles on the faces of everyone including theirs opponents with the beauty of their games.Deep inside your heart as a barca opponent we know we are facing maters.
Best player in footballs history. Grateful to live during messi and cristiano era.
This is the video I need for so many years
In fifa Ronaldo got 80 physical when he fall and didn't even use that much physical with opponent and Messi got 61 what the fuck
Pls dont bring FIFA here also do not compare la Liga with Serie A
@@RT-iz6iw it's not about seria or even premier league it's about Truth by only having six pack body doesn't show you strong you have too show in match also messi has shown thats why not camparing but saying truth because I play fifa not its irritated me show other player easily push him while in real match 5 6 players can't,💪💪💪
There's a difference between physical and balance
@@CarloH10 😂😂😂😂😂ok
Try playing pes, ull know how balance and physical strength are different and how balance is what helps u retain the ball after a tackle
That’s what Jack Wilshere said. What surprised him the most was Messi’s strength & control
Underrated physical. I've seen him play all my life. Even though Cristiano is tall, I always prefer Messi's physical over Cristiano's.
Gotta say I was surprised seeing that this ain't about Adama Traore 😂😂😂

He was simply born to play football. Absolutely everything a person needs to be the perfect football player, he has.
I was actually thinking about stopping football because iam highly underweight and really short at 10th grade, iam 4.9ft. All my friends are double my height, i have better skill but they easily push me with a shoulder and iam down. I was so sad why i was like this but when i saw this video iam back to my spirit. Thankyouuuu messi and the vid maker
