Thank you for this Wonderful information. God Bless You. I currently live in a house that is owned by my parents. The house is paid in full. I pay all the expenses including the real estate tax. The house is in a living trust which I am inheriting. If my parents change the deed to my name and I remain living in it as my primary residence, do I have to pay any taxes if I don’t sell the house? The reason is that I will lower my real estate taxes substantially because the house would be my primary residence

We already had a will made it up thru my lawyer, therefore, if I like to do the free living trust class, my will still ok?,,,,anything conflict?, we have to pay my lawyer more fee?

if parents were W2 employees, good income, and they held title in their name. They have a son who is a small business owner. Could they put the property in a trust, name the son as a beneficiary, and then have him qualify for low income assistance for gas, water, other utilities, etc.. since the son does not show a lot of income?

After you die , does the house go into your kids names or does it stay in the trust? Also i heard there is ongoing fees with trust? And what about capital gains of they decide to sell later?

Would a warantee deed work to put my son’s name on my house?,,he lost 2 homes in the past 2 hurricanes! He does not have a home now. I live in Dallas, Texas, with my parents. I'm a disabled adult, and my parents are my primary caregivers. I have a few questions 1. My dad is the only one on the deed. Should he add my mom to the deed now in case something happened to him? They both are in their early 70s, and he bought the home in 2002. 2. Should they then put into a Lady Bird Deed so it can transfer upon death to my children. Since im disabled they want to leave the house to my children because I'm assuming they can't leave it to me since I'm on Medicaid and receive long-term care at home . What do you think? Blessings

After you die , does the house go into your kids names or does it stay in the trust? Also i heard there is ongoing fees with trust? And what about capital gains of they decide to sell later?

There’s something very Special about you! It seems as though you might know about the Lord’s Prayer…and the part….Let your Kingdom come, let your Will be done on EARTH AS it is in Heaven . Jesus said inMathew 24:14…..and this good news of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the inhabited. Earth, for a witness to all the Nations and then the END will come. Our King, .Jesus, will rule over the earth from this heavenly Kingdom, etc. etc. no more death, sickness, food shortages, war, and all corrupt Governments will be done away with.
When you pass on your house to your son, will have to pay a large fee in taxes? That's what I'm trying to avoid.

Would a warantee deed work to put my son’s name on my house?,,he lost 2 homes in the past 2 hurricanes! He does not have a home now. I would like to put his name on my house now, as I’m elderly and not well. He believes in Christ Jesus and attends Bible studies 2-3 times a Week. Would he have to deal with taxes or probate? I also heard about a Lady Bird deed, here in Florida? Sounds good, but .I’m not sure?

I live in Dallas, Texas, with my parents. I'm a disabled adult, and my parents are my primary caregivers.
I have a few questions
1. My dad is the only one on the deed. Should he add my mom to the deed now in case something happened to him? They both are in their early 70s, and he bought the home in 2002.
2. Should they then put into a Lady Bird Deed so it can transfer upon death to my children.
Since im disabled they want to leave the house to my children because I'm assuming they can't leave it to me since I'm on Medicaid and receive long-term care at home .
What do you think?
