the roasting time is waaayyy to short. the coffee has not enough time to develop aroma. a good coffee roast will take about 10min for filter coffee and up to 15min for an Espresso roast. also he does not track the temperature meaning he will not be able to recreate the exact same temperature curve
The machine is good quick, but my self I think the coffee grain need time slow slow going the bean losing humidity , the during the progress u select the roast brown, dark, etc. , is my opinion I’m barista experience and I love coffee even dye my own drum roaster and try hahaha. I love u job bro it’s amazing, but I will investigate the roast , is is possible get quick roasted
