  • Seems a little mundane, but if you like clean floors, then you need a good Mop Bucket, and in this video I show you one made by Rubbermaid and compare it to a home model Mop Bucket, ironically also made by Rubbermaid, but definitely NOT Recommended!

    Before I saw your video I purchased the cheaper one and took it back the same day. I bought the one you recommend and I'm very satisfied. I also purchased the additional bucket insert. This allows you to catch the dirty water in the bucket as you squeeze out the mop and keep clean water in the main bucket. Highly recommend the additional bucket.

      Thank you for the additional info on the Insert! Thanks for watching my videos!

    I use a Rubbermaid mop bucket at work that's over 30 years old still works like a champ. It rolls all over the place cracked pitted concrete floors it never phases it.

      The commercial Rubbermaid Bucket is night and day better than the home model! Thanks for watching my HowToHeaven videos!

    I manage a janitorial company and we have both of these mop buckets. The combo unit you have must be defective. I have never had mine come apart. The combo is really meant for small to medium mop heads as the wringer is too small for large mop heads. While the other mop bucket wringer can handle large and extra large mop heads.

      I appreciate your comment, but for the price, I think the commercial unit is well worth the difference in price! Thanks for watching!

    Where can I buy it ?

  • @tempo1889

    I am definitely getting one of these. I have had the folding kind of mop and the sponge type of mop and they just simply don't get the floor clean enough.

    • @HowToHeaven
      @HowToHeaven  Před měsícem

      I agree, not only that, the sponge is sooo small that you have to dip it every 5 seconds! There's a reason that professional janitors use a conventional mop! Thanks for watching!

      @@HowToHeaven the only downside is they are kind of expensive though it's almost $100 for a mop and bucket guess I'm just going to have to eat that cost if I'm going to get one.

      The Home model is too flimsy and would not stay fixed. Thanks for watching!

    • @HowToHeaven
      @HowToHeaven  Před rokem

      I am not sure what 2 pale means. The bucket is a single compartment with the wringer that sits on top and is easily removable when changing the water.

    4:13 agree with you 🗑 this bucket is so cheap. I unboxed about an hour ago put the wheels in and filled it up ready to mop and after my third time of putting pressure on it , it snapped. Returning it tomorrow , total piece of crap

      @@HowToHeaven It's my observation that lately Rubbermaid is reducing the overall durabllity (meaning using less plastic) to make the same products. They used to make products built like tanks.

    exactly...if something wrks y try & reinvent it...but some ppl living in those cool new prefab homes...w/those square room section sticking out n certain places...r those wanting a cooler looking mop to go w/there modern kitchen home...even if those mops dont wrk as good...oh...& its called wavebreak cuz the ringer breaks those splash waves everytime u put the mop bak n tha bucket.....on the wavebreak one...ur paying mainly for the ringer cuz if u look one up to buy for that scale dwn tandem version u just showed...they can run up2 100 dollars...dang it...the wave break was 65 dollars...geez the lil tandem one was 67 dollars w/tax...dang wave break must of went up cuz everybody was returning those crappy built tandem ones....
