The murphy bed/desk is very cool. I don't understand why they couldn't just enclose the toilet. If you can do it in an RV or van conversion, you can do it in a box.
The bog looks like it's on rollers, why not add an integrated wall that comes out with it, rather than the terrible shower curtain. I'd want the sink on the static 'kitchen' shelf in the middle as well, with a chopping board that covers it (like you get in caravans), door over the heater box - that would just clean that whole area up.

Have one box/ for sleeping, bathroom included. The next box could be for food prep, eating, plus having some bean bag like chairs for lounging around. If possible have a foldable sunroom for enjoying the outdoors and expanding the lounging area. If camping, just bring 1 box ( container) or have a simple cooking area and sleeping etc. Have an outdoor potty. These are just some crazy ideas to think about.😂

Stop the fascination with queen and king beds in these tiny spaces,twin size will do Leave a 3,4 ft space at the end of the unit with a door so you don't have poop spores in your dinner. The height also makes it harder and more expensive to heat and cool. There are very few humans over 7 ft tall. Keep ceiling lower and some it so heat circulates
