    Wow your videos on what you eat with your condition are amazing!!! They’ve helped me so much to try and find new recipes! I have struggled with salicylate intolerance all my life and it’s been so difficult finding out what I can have and what really messes with my gut. It’s so reassuring seeing people online sharing their struggles with food through stomach issues and sharing their friendly recipes and tips! Xx

    Please do more of these videos imogen I literally love them. I have recently been struggling to eat dairy my body just seems to react badly with it now. So I am always looking for new recipes. Love how simple and healthy your cooking is unlike most youtubers.

    Hi there, you are my inspiration!! I’m almost 48, I’ve been having IBS for 15 years and I went so much. What hurts is my husband just ignores me and my condition.
    I also have severe migraine, asthma, depression, anxiety, panic attacks. I’m off sick from work nearly three years now just trying to live a day at the time.
    I can safely eat only chicken.
    I can’t eat anything else because I get sick, or I’ll be in pain for hours in the toilet. I’m sure you understand.
    I’m staying super positive (then my husband does killjoy very well 😭).
    Enjoy the food you can eat, girl!!
    I love watching you making lovely food 😇.
    I truly hope you will never be like me that I can only have one kind of food “chicken “ for breakfast, lunch and dinner 😐.

    I've had IBS for like 10 years now and things with a lot of air mixed in messes me up, like smoothies and milkshakes and things that have been and blended up. Big portions as well, actual death

    Please don't be afraid to share when your in pain or sick, I'm sure there are allot of people who found you on youtube because they resonated with your gut problems. I have really enjoyed your content on the foods you eat and your gut story and everyday life dealing with it. I just wanted to say caffeine and sugar can often be a big trigger for those with gut problems and the sugar content in that smoothie at night could have probably been too much. Hope you feel better xx

    I had a friend who suffers from Chrons Disease and another that suffered from Coeliac Disease. I became so aware of what is life with these conditions, difficult and painful so I'm so glad there are videos like yours here to help spread awareness and give advice on what you can eat and drink with these conditions. I hope you're able to find things that work for you, and enjoy your foods.
    If you find them, try Läräbars (sic), they're so good. Vegan and gluten free I believe, but best check about the second one.

    Due to sepsis a couple of years ago, I had to have a lot of my bowels removed so have short bowel syndrome and an ileostomy. I love food but now I can't eat fruit or vegetables and really struggle to eat healthily and make enjoyable food. I don't like fish - I wish I did! It's difficult when you're restricted on what you can eat. I try and think outside of the box to make my meals interesting. It's a struggle but I count my blessings to still be here. Love your vids by the way x

    I really just have to say how much you have helped me through tough times especially your story times, because of you I finally left a extremely toxic friendship. Inside i was terrified to leave as i thought she was the only person who could understand me. I was completely wrong, i now know that I was being treated in a cruel way, I couldn’t dream of doing it to anyone, I would wake up to my phone flooded with notifications on Instagram and Twitter, there where tweets about me, saying awful things and insta posts that where of me but completely photoshopped. I would cry to this ‘best friend’ and tbh she told me to suck it up. Later on I found out she was behind it all, my heart was crushed. Watching your failed friendship storytimes made me realise I need to speak out and leave because nobody deserves that, you are so inspirational, the things you have been through are so awfully upsetting, thank you for being an escape where I could go to when feeling low, keep standing strong 💖

    What I occasionally do with my porridge is melt some butter before putting the oats in and then add a little bit of sugar in and allow it to caramelise before adding the oats and milk and cooking as normal. It honestly makes the porridge so creamy and amazing, it does work with dairy free butter as well. I have a ridiculously sweet tooth as well and it’s really nice when I need a sweet fix

      eileen bruce I’m vegetarian anyway but have heard to avoid red meats when it’s particularly bad. When mine is worse/when I’m on my period I’ll avoid dairy and gluten as the seem to make the pain worse. And lots of iron rich foods !! Hope that helps a bit x

    I love smoothies, I freeze my own fruit too usually bananas, strawberries, blueberries n I freeze my spinach n dark green cabbage I blend it all, doesn't look nice but tastes like vanilla ice cream and if I have one a day my platelet count goes up , I'v just got my fruits in freezer ready for Tomorrow now x

    if your finding you need a hotwater bottle a few times a day I'd recommend grabbing an electric heat pad off amazon. I actually have 2 so I have one in bed and one in the living room. They aren't as hot as a hotwater bottle. I actually got it because I kept burning myself. I still use a hot water bottle when I'm really bad or have to leave the house. I might give that tea a try!

    It’s actually very normal with the yogurt thing. A lot of fruit gets put with yogurt and you can buy yogurts with raspberry’s in like that all mashed up

    Loved this.. so so sorry you were in so much pain after really feel for you hun. Feel thats one of the worse things of chronic conditions you just try live a normal life and bang your body doesn’t allow you, it can be so unfair xx keep strong xx

    Yess! Pukka tea is amazing!! You could also try golden milk. It's a hot turmeric milk recipe and you can use almond milk. It tastes soo good and always helps me with stress, pain, and sleep. Love you angel

    I'm not sure if anyone else has suggested this and I'm so sorry if I'm being daft, but maybe you could use your milk frother to make the tik tok coffee. I don't have a frother so I don't know how they work but there's a possibility lol. Also just wanted to say that your videos have been so uplifting during this horrible time, love you so much xxx
