Bunny hop progression: day 1

  • I'm finally getting into bunny hops! I'm doing 100 hops for 30 days straight and I'm recording the beginning and end of each session to track my progress. The first 10 days will see me just practicing the motion, the next 10 I'll practice jumping over a specified point on the floor and the 10 days after that I'll train to hop increasingly higher. I'm also practicing manuals in between sets. If you have any feedback on how I'm doing, I'd love to hear from you!

    I have been practicing for 4 months long and still continue. It's so good for day 1 indeed.

    You Need flat pedals and hardtail MTB to learn da bunny hop faster!
