I recall seeing this one in an arcade at Clacton several times - that title page being particularly catchy with all those waterfalls pouring out of the title depicted made out of stone. Never did play it though, and I don't believe I have ever fired it up in MAME either, which is a shame because, from the playthroughs I've seen, it's not half bad (the on-screen subtitles could definitely use some work to match what's actually being said, but that's hardly unusual).

Nice~! This is the very first time I see a no whip/no damage run. Most people use the most broken weapon in the game, which is the whip... boring. But this time I'm glad someone used other weapons instead.
How difficult could be to make a no melee weapon run?

Long ago at the arcade the farthest I made it with one coin was until the boss in the boat, that if I beat the first samurai looking guy. For some reason sometimes I killed that guy very easy, sometimes he kicked me hard.
Ofc using the op weapon the whip.

Not even close. Both Growl/Runark are legendary games in their own rights, but nothing like each other in the least.
